Its sad that birdies ex bull horn is not one frame startup anymore. But he does have one frame startup in his ex bull head in v-trigger. But the ex bull horn was so use full to getting people off of you when dealing with heavy frame trap characters.
EX bullhorn still has 1f startup in VT, not just EX Bullhead.

They’re referring to the armour on frame 1. EX bull horn used to have armour on frame 1.
