I think sean is probably the most hated person in the gaming community right now and when he tries to show up on the next E3, everyone will buhhh him out before he can even announce his next title,

They got their initials sales for $60 and are already set
They’re going to release the additional content that is probably already ready to do for more $$$
Depending on how well the first DLC does, they will continue to pump out more DLC for more money
If it doesn’t do well, fuck it they’re already rich
One good thing that might come from this whole fiasco- although the game was massively underdeveloped it at least proves that this genre of game, something that I feel that big developers don’t want to touch, has the potential to sell well. I would love it if a developer with actual cash and more than 10 staff took on something like this
The angry Joe review was complete bullshit. Much like what’s going on here, the things he was saying were simply factually incorrect. The only game journalists who don’t seem to be sensationalizing or mistreating this game are the people I expected: Kinda Funny and Easy Allies. Their assessments have been FAR more thoughtful and both have pointed out how odd and disturbing the mean spirited nature of the hate is. Thank god for media like Kinda Funny and Easy Allies.
I suppose expecting gamers to be thoughtful about anything is just too unrealistic of an expectation…

Funny enough, I finally got attacked by something that wasn’t a crab with a brain on its back today. Something looking like a cross between a platypus and a hairless dog. That leads into a small complaint i have about my enemies.
When I kill something with a grenade, could you…you know…just blow up for me? please? I ain’t saying I want to see guts and robot parts, but we all know that I do.

You have no idea what the world value means. All these assholes in comments sections going “oh man after 30 hours I got bored”. There are plenty of 60 dollar games that don’t last 20 hours. I’ve played at least 60 hours and with no games on the horizon to take me out of it any time soon. Easily worth full price game.

Playing games is repetitive by nature, but when people are like “I feel like I could be doing something else with my life” you know your game is terrible.
