Well…guess I should stay over at Dustloop for this game if answers like this becomes a norm (I know it’s just weedian but since he seems to be the only one who can actually play it, I would rather not take his opinion on anything if this is his way of doing things).
If they revert their decision to make Angela Blazac into a playable character, I’ll be more happier for this than I initially am. I hope they don’t disappoint with this.

No, those are all playable characters. They’re exclusive to the home version though so they haven’t been in arcades, the swimsuits are DLC but you get them free in the special edition.
Hmm, I knew that they were new characters for the console, what i didn’t expect is that they will make new sprites just to give us alternate outfits (swimsuits to boot) though the heavy poverty nature of the game i guess that is not too much work compared to other games.
I might have to double dip for the PS3 version as well. I already pre-ordered the PS4 version for the extras but if the NA version isn’t having any kind of limited edition then I’ll rather just bite the bullet on this.
