Nintendo 3DS - Best Handheld Today

Capcom like most big companies aren’t stupid when it comes to money, I’m sure they’ll announce a new one if not by this E3 then the next at the latest.

Which reminds me I bought the first battle network game because I thought it would be like the x series wow I was trolled hard, only faggots who jerk off to yugioh posters in their room liked that shitty spinoff I really hope capcom is done with it

just watched GT’s review of Mario Tennis, and I’m definitely buying it sometime this year, it looks like good old school arcade fun:tup:

3DS is slowly becoming one of my favorite systems.

Edit: I died a bunch of times but after 5 minutes I caught the chest it’s really just good ol memorization and twitch skills exactly what a top tier platformer should require from players.

We need a dislike button.

I got the 3DS case today. Pretty sweet. It’s the same size as the standard DS/3DS game cases, and the extra covers are inside the plastic. If you want to get the covers, you have to open the case all the way so that it’s straight.

All these elitist assholes bitching nonstop about how shitty the demo is wow I forgot how whiny and picky most gamers are, if buying Rayman Origins {p3Ds came with a free $1,000,000 they’d bitch it wasnt over 9,000,000.

Demo was GDLK, I played it on 360 at my friends place and it still looks gorgeous on 3ds I definitely think the 3d effect is worth taking a hit on resolution when the art is this crisp. It seems they’re hating on frame rate and shitty controls Sonic you have any issues? I don’t.

The only issue I have with the game is that everything is squeezed down…which is pretty much to be expected considering the amount of platforming needed, especially when it comes to chasing down chests. If they didn’t pull the camera back that far I’d be more upset about that. It probably might make the game a bit more difficult in process but I haven’t played home console Rayman Origins to make a comparison. That’s really the only issue for me.

My nitpick would be the run button being on the shoulder buttons…I’m just not used to that for platformers.

Megaman Pokemon Network it should have been called.

best rayman game ever= rayman 2

Please do me a favor guys it takes 2 seconds. If you have an amazon account gohere and near the bottom it says “tell us about a lower price” click on that and paste this link to them:

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=13005416&prodFindSrc=search

Thanks, amazon doesn’t have a specific price matching policy but if enough people tell them I’m sure they’ll match TRU. HoR for $30 from amazon lets make it happen!

“Here” and “this” are the same link. Is it supposed to be?

Holy shit stay free edit function:mad: Thanks for the heads up,SRK been eating my posts lately.

I’m pretty disappointed with the 3DS currently. The only reason it’s even still taking up space in my house is because there might be some good shit down the line. My DS gets more play than this thing.

Just curious but why are you disappointed with it so far? I think it’s amazing and has potential to be better then DS.

Are we getting Monster Hunter? What’s the word on the street? Amazon only has the Japan import.

No word yet…sven has been kinda hinting at it but we’ll see at E3.

Because I think that the games available are shitty, and the 3-D is shitty. Besides Mario 3D Land, I haven’t seen any game use 3-D well at all.

Have you played sakura samurai? I thought there was a demo for the game for you to try out but I just checked and there wasn’t. I thought that game used 3D pretty well for space especially against bosses and the mini games.

No, I haven’t. I’ll give it a look.

The games on the 3DS so far have been good, but I haven’t found any real reason to play them in 3-D. By far the most underrated game on the system so far is that Ghost Recon game.

You should check out Pushmo if you’re into puzzle games. The 3D effect is good for judging block depth. Mighty Switch Force is good too.

Sure Mario is the only game out now that’s significantly better with 3D, but the gimmick has more potential than wii’s waggle controls and I’m sure developers will eventually learn to use 3D well. Maybe it’s because I’m older and my tastes have changed or maybe I just don’t have the patience but a turn based game has to be really fucking on point to catch my interest nowadays but I’m sure it’s good for those looking for that type of game. It has a 77 on metacritic and having the GR brand means it sold decently don’t think it can be underrated however, Shinobi one of the best games I’ve ever played has a 69 and practically no one bought it that is as underrated as it gets, the backgrounds look beautiful in 3D too.

Does KI look good in 3D?
