I’ll likely hold off on the new 3DS for a while. I haven’t even had my Zelda XL long. I’m kinda hoping the Xenoblade port is a gateway to a Wii U HD version.
Yeah, I think they were just a head of their time in the sense that the adventure game/visual novel style on consoles/handhelds were just gaining traction thanks to the DS. Had the games been released on eShop for a lower price point, maybe Cing might still be around and we’d be seeing a third Kyle Hyde game.
As a lifelong fan of point and click adventure games I loved Hotel Dusk: Room 215, but it did have its flaws with some of the over expository dialogue and silly puzzles, but overall it was an amazing game would love to cop the sequel.
I admire your optimism.
Azure Striker Gunvolt is pretty cool. Haven’t had a chance to play Mighty Gunvolt yet, probably will later today. Game feels heavier than I thought it would be, but maybe that’ll change once I lvl up/unlock more abilities.
when will might gunvolt be available?
i’m not seeing it on the eshop
You can buy it right now in the E-shop… It’s been available since last week.
Spoiler
Your turn ends as soon as your gameboy mega evolves into super mega gameboy ex. Unless your somehow Mega Gengar EX and have that new trainer card attached.
And am I wrong for wanting back the old name? Honestly I don’t give a damn about 3D too. I never have seen what the big deal about it is. And we’ve actually had 3D tech since before pretty much everyone on this board was born. So it’s nothing new by far. And really doesn’t add anything to the games for me. Like the nes classics I got and even tried in 3D. Didn’t seem to add much at all there. It’s worse if the game didn’t originally have 3D too.
Man i tried searching for mighty gunvolt and I’m not seeing anything.
You guys are lying to me
Gunvolt is alright. I still prefer the Zero games on GBA though. There’s just something about that high mobility and simultaneous charging of the Saber and Buster that’s immensely satisfying - especially when compared to this tag and zap system with the floaty jumps.
I also don’t like the prevasion mechanic in general. It removes all the tension from dying because you can just get hit on purpose, recharge, and do whatever you want during the remaining invulnerability frames. You lose the J-Pop BGM if you get hit though. I guess that’s incentive enough to make an effort to dodge.
Are you not US? Maybe EU doesn’t have the game yet? Anyways I think Mighty Gunvolt is a hit. Haven’t beaten it with Beck yet, because his charge shot being a physical attack just isn’t staying with me mentally.
If you bought Gunvolt, you can just enter the code on your receipt. eshop -> settings/other -> account activity
Yo question. Anyone here own more than one 3ds by chance? I was gonna buy a 3ds this fall for smash and loads of eshop shit. But with the New Model announced i wanna wait. But at the same time, I don’t mind dropping a bit for a 2ds and then get the new model when it drops. But if i got a 3ds and linked my NNID to it, is that the only 3ds model i can link it to? or is there no limit to how many 3ds you can link your ID too?
Currently, the system is set up so that if you link a NNID to a device, it’s bound to that device permanently. You can link the same ID to a 3DS and a Wii U, but if either hardware gets replaced, you cannot link the ID to the new hardware. It’s something I hope that gets changed in the future.
Huh, I’m pretty positive you can transfer your NNID to the new hardware with a system transfer.
You just can’t have your NNID on two of the same systems at the same time.
Might be mistaken.
Them feels when you get to 2900 and something kudos and make one stupid mistake before locking it in with a checkpoint or luxcalibur. ><
You can. I did when I upgraded to my XL.
So say I sold my 3ds and got one down the road I wouldn’t be able to relink the accounts? That’s super dumb. I don’t want to make another id and everything else.
They’d probably make you jump through hoops like they do with PSN account activation.
I thought the hoop jumping is to get an account deactivated on another console.
