To be honest (No pun intended) if this hadn’t happened in this particular game, I would’ve been surprised.

How is the level scaling in subsequent playthroughs? I’m in the middle of doing route B and am wondering if I’ll be able to do it without doing any sidequests. So far, enemies seem to have moved up to 10 levels above me (from being equal, or just 1 or 2 above), and I’m beginning to feel that I’m getting by simply due to my chip setup (damage and making myself heal while dealing damage and healing).

I didn’t really do any sidequests when I played, I also skipped enemies that didn’t need to be killed. At one point (at the beginning of route C?) I felt very underleveled, killing basic enemies took too long and some enemies one shot me even with the maximum amount of health bonus from chips. But just continuing to complete the main story brought me back to their level pretty fast.
About the only thing I really noticed is that you’ll get ganged up on more. with 9S it really doesn’t make much difference because of haxor kill skill, but it will for A2. Your oportunities to smash something up isn’t as frequent, so hit when you can and scoot.

Catching up on levels since I put two exp up chips. Also, surprisingly find myself doing well against lvl 50 opponents at lvl 37. The two damage up chips and offensive and deadly heal+ chips seem to be doing their job.

Finally got a hold of dat 2B ,and come to find out the latest patch had screwed up the game!!!

Had to delete and do a fresh install, and play without the latest patch to get the menus to do display normally and get the English voices!
ruh roh.
well, tried mine with no problems…so far. Will give it a more thorough shot later.

the credits are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo freaking hard… I keep dying to the Marketing team lol… And my game crashed after about 10 deaths or so… Couldn’t tell if it was Toro trolling or my PC genuinely had a crash lol has anyone ever taken an offer? What do they do?

Take the offer. It’s the proper way to progress the fight.
It’s possible to beat the credits without it but it’s ridiculously difficult, Marketing team is the difficulty spike point where you’re intended to get stuck.
LOL, so the guy behind the FAR mod for the game on PC, the one that fixes the framerate, resolution and a lot of other things added an anti-piracy check to the mod that actually makes it so that the mod doesn’t run if it’s a pirated copy. Now people online are losing their shit over this.
I’ve seen people say he’s overstepping his bounds by doing it. A filthy pirate would say something like that.
People that are mad that the mod doesn’t work on a pirated copy are the biggest entitled but least deserving shitheads I’ve ever seen. LOL
This mod shit got so heated he ended up getting banned from the Nier steam forum. The thread for his mod is pinned.
