Yeah, that is concerning for me too. With a console games center model, just gets a little difficult with logistics. Some will argue just don’t lose when you get on. Great for the pros who probably get free rides anyway.
I think 5 bucks at the door, 7 on weekends is fair. Henry would get back any lost rev running touneys.

I have no free time this weekend but I do next Friday. I’ll stop by and see what’s what. I’m very excited for a viable major tournament spot in New York City. It’s silly that in the 11 years I’ve been around the scene NY never had a spot for majors.

i never even played ssf4 before…
but i spent like 5 bucks on those kick ass cabs.
i got beasted by everyone, but i also haven’t played with a joystick and a cabinet since 1995, i couldn’t even do a simple haduken for being away from a joystick in such a long time
so thats my excuse 4 getting bodied;)
i need to buy myself a cheap stick and start getting used to using one again.

When it officially opens, will the hours be any different? The current hours make it tight coming from NJ, and considering that the last NJT bus for me is at 12:30am, it’s easy to miss it and end up stranded around Manhattan until the next bus at 7AM. I suppose that’s the price paid for not owning a car. Can’t use the PATH at all.
Can’t wait to find a day to check it out, though. Seems like it could really flesh out to be awesome.
