Where is this going to take place at? How many players per team? Is this going to be like the UCB University battle 4 people per game?

Nothing against Ricky…but i wouldnt want him on the MGL team…he’s a damn good player…but he’s been on the eastcoast and was on the EC at EVL on the EC vs WC MVC2 team.
nah top five players from each arcade, the top five players should be versatile in the games we play…the games is not determined because we haven’t talked to B yet and whatever.
i say there should be up to five different games:
CVS2, MVC2, third strike, Alpha 3, and SVC. IMO
other games added? like War or NBA showtime? i assumed this is a fight game tourney, and MGL owns everyone at NBA showtime.
first off…who are you gamble? when do you play at tilt? what games do you play, and what teams do you use? just curious, on who you were. Cuz most of the people on this thread I can recognize by face, and im not quite sure who you are.
second: 5 people per arcade.is ok, but what if we can’t find 5 people who are decent at multiple games. Besides there might be alot more people interested in this and it wouldn’t be koo to leave them out. Not that I would make it seeing as i suck at every 1 of the games you listed. I dunno, just sum thoughts. I guess it kinda depends on the amount of people interested in a cross arcade battle. oh and SVC sucks ass…and shouldn’t be played…
and in the most likely event that i do not make it onto a team for the afore mentioned games(cvs2,mvc2, etc.) i’m still down to play sum MVC1 and TTT for any who wanna play…

I just thuought of something. Tilt doesn’t have 3S or A3, so they might not be the most experienced in those games, nor could we play those games at tilt to practice, and if we have to play at MGL strider boi won’t be able to play

OK now we have Salano that wants to enter, Well thast fine but I’m very unsure on what games that everyone has decided yet. I know that a lot of people want to play all the more recent games but then again some people want to play some of the old school games. I think it would only be fair and fun if you we would just mix the games with a combo of old and knew and maybe a lil of NBA SHOWTIME. This actually makes sense. It would/should balance out some of the teams. YEah, just make it a team of 5, and that team of 5 has to play everygame. If there are enough people from an area, make another team of 5. So like… NPM TILT team of 5, MGL team of 5, Solano Mall Tilt team of 5, NPM Tilt team of 5 #2.
i don’t mind that solano joins the battle, even though it started with np and mgl. as long as its a smooth process not a crazy one.

As far as a date well i would sugguest October hmm probally the 2nd week, just because everyone is starting school, schedules are changing and some people are just getting back from vacation. Plus it would allow everyone time 2 pratice, get the days off and take care off all the small details. As far as 5 on a team per game, we could do that but it woudl actually be better with a team of 7 with you rotating in 5 people as you choose because some people may not be as well as another player so you have options,plus if someone needs 2 leave, or what not you always have 5. Thats just my opinion. Once we decided what day and games we then can take care of all the details and etc
its about skill and shit, if you can’t play all the games then someone else can, it was a basic rival team battle, top five each that can play everygame? whats so hard? if you can’t play all the games then doesnt that mean you’re not a skilled true player?

What day (not date) are you planning on holding this. I vote for a sunday, because then you arent held by anyone else’s tournaments. I know for a fact that the UCB University battle will either be the first or second weekend (saturday) in October. Just a heads up. Also, dont add SVC because that game is an uber POS. I say if you want to add games, keep them fighting games. GGXX, TTT are my top 2 extra non-capcom choices.
