No. Does s.hp+Psyblade even connect?
Does Hailstorm combo off the EM Disruptor? And no, it’s not useful.
Not significantly.

Yes…
On pixies, yes…
How exactly aren’t they usefull? Just for reference…
they’re not useful because you might as well launch+MAGz, hp, addf, lk, mp, LA xx LS for WAY more damage and is more likely to hit. the only time you should even bother doing that is because you’re predicting the assist to come out and you’re not sure it will hit.
So what about c.lk + Mag-Proj, hp, qcf + hk, Hail? That’s a 50% hit confirm on Magneto right there… You may not be able to succesfully combo through a DHC, but it’s safe…
if you can do it consistently then by all means go for it. but for me it just seems a lot easier to do the launch thing because it requires less timing and sets you up better for a DHC. not to mention it opens up for a bunch more resets and builds slightly more meter
Okay cool, thanks…
What if they block the c.lk c.hp? You won’t be able to extend block stun long enough to do anything else, for fear of their AA coming out.
(not talking about the ones where you use EM Disruptor)
Good point, well spotted. Yeah I didn’t think of that, Psylocke would get hammered. Thanks, it’s scrapped.
Unless…
do i need to put the joystick in neutral when doing the first lk+fp thingie after a magic series?
when tri-jumping, what’ll be the best attack? is it fp, lk, or rk?
On characters with super armor, use hk. On characters without, use lk since it’s the fastest.
If you’re going to do tj.lk tj.uf+hp tj.uf+hk, make sure you get enough height before you cancel the sj into the addf.
for storms B&B i can do LA XX LS and i know how to do a magic series but most times i cant connect the magic series into LA, it either doesnt come out or it misses. im i suppoed to do lp, lk, lp, lk LA XX LS real fast or should i pause between lk and LA and is there something better then lp lk lp lk to do, i was used to holding up and doing magic series like with magneto, but if u hold up with storm u can only do lp lk and then the opponent falls to low, but my main concern is the timing from magic series to LA that is the hardest part for me doing storms b&b combo.
I always do sj.lk sj.mk xx LAx2 (*) xx LS. My thumb presses the lk button and then the middle finger comes out for LA.
(*) - only one LA when I’m hitting multiple chars
lol easy solution would be doing the lightning attack TOWARDS your character. i mean, shit you have 8 directions you can go
when will u put the stick to neutral aftr launching? is it after connecting the sj.lp/sj.lk’s?
You don’t have to move it to neutral.
I always do c.hk, actually, even when s.hk hits, so I hold uf after c.hk until I need to do the motion for LS.
wait, are u saying u hold on the LK button when u do mk and then keep holding it down and press HP to do lightning attack? and no one has said anything about timing, like when u do the im inifinite its lp lp pause lk pause hp so is it the same thing with storm and how do u do a c.hk after a s.hk, does it combo?
no, dood its so simple. he just launches with c.hk, he doesnt do it after the launch.
just do this, launch /\ (hold u/f) magic series (fast and evenly timed) and then do your lightning attack in the direction of your opponent (usually u/f). you’re making it a lot harder than it really is. seriously, theres no excuse for missing the first LA, since the move is direction capable
does that only work with c.hk and u/f
when i use s.hk and hold up i can only do lp lk and then storm is to high for the mp to connect. But ive never help u/f maybe that is why its not working when i do magic series. i will try this u/f and c.hk business.
now i get your problem. it’s about frame issues. correct me if im wrong btw.
you see here… storm’s sj.mp has properties. when it is at neutral, it comes out at 6 frames, but when you hold up during the mp and your magic series is kinda slow. then it wont connect because storm’s uf,u,ub+mp comes out in 9 frames.
