Does sent play well with Cammy-AAA? I’ve been messing around with Sent-A Storm-A Cammy-A and I’ve gotten used to doing j.HK xx Fly, f.lk + cammy assist, flying HP, rocket punch. I can’t really find anything else
I don’t know if I explained it quite right but its kinda working out for me, I understand that in any given situation Capcom is just better to use but I like using cammy.
sent works with all AA’s. It doesn’t matter. mr roboto doesn’t fuck around.
does launch, sj.lp, sj.lk, ff, f.lp, f.mp, refly, f.lp, f.fp, refly, f.lk combo midscreen? my hands aren’t fast enough for the …f.fp, refly, f.lk part.
nope Don’t know about the corner though.
I’ve tried that same combo in the corner, but my hands arent’ fast enough to see if it works there or not cause i’ve been slacking in Refly training.
When I watch matches I see a lot of people zone with sj.lk… When people use this and continue to preasure, are they using re-fly?
Not sure exactly what you mean, but most FF combos you want off a SJ.LK and not a launcher, or you mean stomp patterns? Most will sj.lk into a fastfly stomp pattern of some kind.
I don’t know, I can’t explain it (nor find a match I was reffering to). It just seems like a barage of sj.lk that’s really hard to get out of. I can’t tell whether it was fast-fly because they always seem to stay in the air and progress forward with another j.lk. It just seemed like a really effective way of keeping someone locked down.
Could be f.lk unfly sj.lk into repeat or something else.
When did someone begin using refly combos?
To make sure I’m getting it right refly is when someone is in fly mode attacks then unflies then fast flies right afterwards connecting on the hits?
That shit is to nuts…how does one execute these so well especially with Capcom assist? Damn.

a good way to practice refly is to use it to kill flying HK recovery in your stomp patterns.
Its actually not that hard to do refly w/commando combos well @ least after a launcher lol.
But what i wanna know is what beats out magnetos s.lp,c.lk startup? Ive tried doing s.lk, s.lk but i get beat out and snap backed :sad:.

How do you cancel a rocket punch already?
hold back and press punch

it’s true, if you do a rp, then hold back + punch before it hits them, it’ll stop short, then retract.
if you mean cancel it though, then you need to do rp xx super(hsf, Plasma ball, or that jet rush super he has in the air, but you need to do a sj rp first.)
I’m pretty sure you need qcb+p to retract, not just b+p.

Here’s some help with refly combos…(same can be said about ffly combos)
Don’t bother launching and doing it. it wastes a lot of trial and error time. Learn them on the ground first. So, for refly combos, try this…
fly, lk, hk, rfly, lk, hk, lp rp
then, since HK has such a nice little hit stun, fight blackheart (not sent cuz of super armor), and go…
fly, lk, lk, rfly, lk, lk, lp rp
Now, for FFLY, there’s two combos…
sj, lk, fly, lk, hk, while your opponent is on the ground, and
s.lk, lk, xx ffly, lk, hk, while your opponent is on the ground
That should help you get the timings down… now, waste your time with launching and calling assists and all that advanced ffly combo bullshit.
I use team rowtron mag cable sent obviously my toughest matchup with sent is cable. Any cable team really cable/cyc cable/cap your most commonly seen anti airs. Since i use rowtron i dont have a great anti air cable aa is pretty good but doesnt compare to capcom or cyc. I have a lot of trouble when i try and get in on cable he throws a grenade above his head when i try and stomp then if i try and catch him on the ground hell normal jump fierce punch and call assist usually the drones or storm horizontal typhoon. All i can think of is try and catch him with a standing fp into drone super dash in and dash back and bait assist and punish. I also try to mix him up with highs and lows anything advice appreciated
