Newbie PS360 PCB installation help needed

I’m pretty sure that there is a thread on this matter but my extensive searching has rendered but few answers. I’ve found some video tuts on how to install the PCB in other sticks, but not what to do with the PCB when, for example as I am doing, installing it in a Tek-Case.

I just need a few pointers, or a diagram, haven’t found one of those either. Mainly my concern is the grounding of the buttons/PCB. There are 2 or 3 grounds on the PCB right? Am I supposed to use all of them? 1 for the 12 buttons and one for the stick, is that enough? And you’re supposed to daisy chain the ground from the buttons right? That dude in some video tutorial didn’t do that so I got confused.

Help me please!

The ground you can daisy chain for the buttons. And use another ground for the stick if you don’t want to use the same place for the ground. Yes you daisy chain from the buttons. Just cut the wires long enough to reach from one button to another and put both wires into the .110 quick disconnect and crimp.

Ok, cool. So why are there 3 grounds? And what is Vcc? And what do I do with it?

Vcc is power. If you are only using the ps360 PCB you don’t have to do anything with it, it’s there for advanced modding.

Thanks! You’ve been a great help!

The third ground is there if you need it. It can be used to connect an extra PCB. It doesn’t matter what 2 grounds you use. They are all the same. Just use what ever grounds are convenient for wiring.

Vcc is Voltage or a power source. It is needed if you use:

LEDs or an LED Board that requires power
An arcade stick that requires power, such as an optical sensor or inductive stick
Dual modding another board.

Otherwise you don’t have to use them.
