So a new spot just opened up in Moreno Valley right off the 60 freeway called Esports Battleground. They do a variety of games throughout the week but on Fridays they do fighting games, with SFV, Tekken 7, and Injustice 2 headlining. They haven’t had enough entrants to get a proper tournament for any of those games going yet, which I’m hoping to help with by posting this here. I’ve talked with the owner and he said he’ll be happy to hold a weekly for any game as long as ten entrants can show up for that game. So if you’re nearby and can’t make it down to Santa Ana for WNF, this might be a good place and I’d like to see it grow.
