Personally, it seems as if Jas is using The Doug situation to weasel his way out of the tournament commitment because he didn’t have enough money for the venue or something. So in order to safe face, he took this silly argument and used it to cancel the tournament. Like really, what grown man decides to cancel an event because of an argument, which was basically a misunderstanding between the two parties???

Relax ppl mbb IS happening. I’m redoing the threads tonight and making somw changes but it is happening. There is way more to all of this than the whole doug thing. The fb acct is deactivated temporarily due to other personal matters. All this doug mess did was make me explode from already being heated over other serious matters. So let’s just leave it at that and move on. Anyone that is actually concerned and or actually care, if you wanna know what went down then you can ask me privately, otherwise I wont post things on here about it because it has nothing to do with video games.

So tournament is happening as scheduled and new modified thread should be up sometime tonight after I get home from work. I also need a head count for set ups asap so please post on here if you plan on bringing one and what so I can add it to the list.

Word to the wise: Do not do or say anything to set me off right now because shit is that serious!

And as for the doug thing, its done and over with, I apologized and he threw it back on my face so w/e. I’m not gonna be a douche about it and ban him from mbb since he’s new to the scene and all this shit was a misundsrstanding wether he admits it or not. He can come to the tourney because it will be good experience for him. I’ll be at fn this weds after I come back from taking my moms to see the doctor and the lawyer.

Good stuff to peeps that I played at Jakes for casuals (Dax,woot, squab, eraserrrrr, kinetik, Pjan [I’ll bring a ps3 next time <3], etc…) . Had a blast.

Jason - Smoothly ran tournament, as usual. Good stuff.

Richard - You helped run things and set things up. Nice job in Marvel too. We’ll play more soon. I’m going to try to come up to Fight Night.

The dude who got 2nd in Marvel and rode with Jacob or Jamie - Holy crap. You just came in and starting wrecking people in casuals with Haggar/Hulk/Wesker. Then you met me in winners and grand finals. You better make it down for MWC.

Woot - GGs in Marvel, even though your character is broken. lol Congrats on taking AE.

Rukus - We only played 4 Marvel matches, but we went 2-2. Shuma on point? Hulk as anchor? Your crazy team threw me off. GGs

MaxNinja - Great Viola in SC5. Keep with it in that game. TN needs more than two SC5 players.

Shin Blade - Oh man, those SC5 grand finals. I think we hyped the crowd up a bit with our SC5 tech. You adjusted to the matchup and almost reset the bracket. Nicely done, congrats on KoF, and GGs. Oh, and use more of Pat’s 1K… it’s +2 on hit and unreactable.

Dax - Whenever we’re at the same tournament, I’m enacting the “Dax clause.” If I somehow get second in the game I’m playing, you get the money. That was hilarious when I said that for SC5 and you looked around thinking “Wait, whu… me?”

Squab - I laughed when Pat did an hour-long Evil Ryu to you, and you just yelled, “THE FUCK!?” I also thought I was in a Bingo hall whenever you played.

Jan, the radiator man - Glad you still made it in time for AE. Let us know when you upload the pics you took.

To all of the Memphis guys - thanks for coming up.

Josh - Congrats in SFxT. People kept saying you were a beast in that game, and I finally saw it.

@Lee: I might have been able to bring a few that were on the fence, but my after tournament plans were up in the air.
Marvel players were at a BassNectar concert, so they didn’t do ATL Revival either.
Jeff had family stuff, others had work. Give them a break on this one, please.

Yeah like I was suprised I went that far in SCV seeming as I haven’t played that game in what a month and a half? At least, as heavily as i’ve played AE. But yeah next SCV tourney I meet you at, if i’ve put the ‘‘AE’’ time in it, i’ll see you in Grand Finals. GGs man :D!
