Sad thing is I’ve been meaning to drag all out my boxes of un-built/partially built mecha models, (Gundam/Dunbine/Gasaraki/etc) put them in a pile, and post photos of the pile here. I’m afraid the pile will be much larger than I care to admit. Of several dozen purchases from my last gunpla buying spree, I have maybe 1 completed model. And it’s only complete because I didn’t have to paint it. If I’d had to airbrush it it would likely still be in it’s box.
I also have multiple boxes of every single issue of Shonen Jump collecting the vast majority of Naruto, Bleach and One Piece that I’ve been meaning to take down to the library and donate to the Children’s department. I keep forgetting I need to do that.
I’ll admit I’ve built one Gundam model it was Epyon Gundam from Gundam wing shit was BAWSE !

On a diff note though, I’ve been thinking about this for a while now and I wanted to bring it up to the Memphis players to hear what you think. I’ve been wanting to see if we can do a Danisen League for the single character FG’s like SF2012 or even maybe TTT2U solo mode.
Here’s a real basic description of how it works:
You choose one character to enter into the league. All new characters start at level 0. By winning or losing matches you essentially gain or lose points to level up your character.
There are levels up to 10, and after you hit level 10, you start earning titles. Like say, Soldier, Mercenary, General, King etc. The titles can be anything, they just mean that character has progressed past lvl 10.
You can only play certain ppl within a lvl range of yourself, which is TBD depending on the players.
Anyway, the main difference from the “regular ranking” system we are doing with ranbats is that Danisen is based on the character+player, not just the player. If you max out your main, you can then play a sub and start that sub at level 0. I think this would be a good way for folks to train up their secondary characters, which would help maybe cover some matchup experience gaps we have locally.
Plus it gives people the chance to play “serious” matches vs players using different characters. For example Sev could play Anna instead of Beak, or Squabb could play Ryu instead of Cody etc. Just to kinda make things a bit fresh.
Of course if ppl don’t see the need for this, no worries. It might be something we can do at a later time when more games come out or something.

I used to have like 20 gunpla models but when i moved I lost alot of them. I am now at around 6 or 7. My family got me more for my birthday last tuesday.
Ikr. More powah and man-tits than can be contained. People feel better losing to Taka than Ganny though(besides Memphis who knows that Ganryu is still a beast). Taka is just way more brutal. Evil sumo. Like a boss from a Yakuza game.
