I disliked the way how the series handled the arc. Making Terra a sympathetic character damaged the impact of the story imo. Her betrayal was suppose to hurt the entire team and not just Beast Boy. Terra being an irredeemable bitch twisted the knife further. The only thing I would have changed from the original story was make Deathstroke not a pedo.
I’d rather have something with Pantha…Kath Soucie could voice her.

I thought Titans Go became a full series because it was originally like 5 minute shorts and I guess they got popular. I watched a few of the eps there are some alright ones. But again Cartoon network has been fucking up when it comes to action shows in more focus of comedy shows and the recent ones are usually TRASH like Uncle Grandpa
Cartoon Network is trying to get the next Adventure Time and Regular Show with crap like Uncle Grandpa. Tring to emulate their success will only result in failure.
Yeah, I don’t see that as a bigger impact, simply because the there was no lasting impact. They got pissed, she got killed, then she was forgotten (after the corpse was spat on). The series made that shit LAST, and I’m sure would have been a really good continuation coming in S6 had the shit not got canned.

Terra wasn’t forgotten. Her death and betrayal marked a change in her brother Geoforce. Terra doppelgänger that shows up years later opens up old wounds especially for Beast Boy. Terra is a touchy topic for everyone that was invovled.
My thing with Teen Titans Go is it just isn’t funny.
It’s not because Young Justice or the original or any of that. It’s just not funny overall…You might get a few laughs every now and then but it’s like S4 Boondocks tier.
