use it on ibuki cuz it’s more than a 1-frame link <3

Does the combo do more damage without dive kick due to combo/damage scaling? I’m having problems pulling off the combo currently, so I can’t check.
No. Without a divekick it’s 264 damage (compared to plain fierce xx fierce gt at 220). It’s interesting to note that that is the exact same damage as divekick, short, fierce xx fierce GT bread and butter, though. The only way off the top of my head you might expect to land that is if an Akuma whiffs a far roundhouse over you due to crouching and ends up close enough for two strongs to link.
