UP has an MvC3 cab now? I haven’t been there since Oni & Evil Ryu were unlocked. How does it work?

Mvc3, AE and make MK9.
Also free 3S tournament with a mystery prize for 1st place.
You runnin 3s no matter what? Or is there a minimum number of participants to actually run the bracket?
It would be nice to have 8 player min.
I wish I could attend but I’ll be back in Maryland for summer 
Any idea as to what time the tourney would start? I’m heading back home from State College that day so hopefully I could swing by and squeeze in some games.
