The .netframework, the clickonce thing and the application.
Oh and i made an account. So what am I doing wrong?

It is saying I am missing required files.
Sounds like you are downloading the .application file and running it from your local disk. You aren’t supposed to do that. As it states in the simple to follow instructions, if you are using FireFox, you must select “Run ClickOnce Application” when you click on the link.

As opposed to when? The delay hasn’t changed. It is entirely dependant on your connection to your opponent.
Is it possible to run 2df without going to the site each aand everytime.
I also want it to save my directory.
EDIT: I have this problem, that when I get challenged. My computer says “2df has stopped working” and then it closes automatically.

It’s the logo’s fault! But seriously, it’s most likely related to your connection. Nothing has changed in the p2p aspect of it since the time you had good games.
Does it do this everytime? If so, it sounds like you are using an out of date version, which can happen if you attempt to launch the client from your local disk. The client must be launched from the website to ensure you get the latest updates. I will confirm which version you are connecting with when I get home.
I launch from the website now, and I actually got another challenge without it freezing and closing. But this time I got a third and it froze.

Not that random. No one else has reported this happening. I will investigate when I get home.
From my experience so far, playing against foreigners (Brazil, Argentina) is very skippy and I usually do not have these problems on GGPO playing against these people. Sadly with kof, most players will be from Mexico/South America and Asia, so I can’t see myself playing on 2df if this lag continues.
Edit: Played some more american players and it was even bad there…lots of input loss as well. I’m sticking to GGPO.
Yep, I believe it has been mentioned before that long-distance connections are where GGPO makes a huge difference. I myself can get good quality games with Europeans on nFBA, but not Middle East/Asia/etc.

Whats going on? I get that everytime I attempt to log in. I have no other programs using this port. I also dont have any torrent applications or anything like that.
Check to make sure another instance of “2DF FreePlay Client.exe” isnt running in your process list.
In other news, you can now vote on replays on the website.
Yeah I checked that, and there isnt another “2df freeplay client.exe” running. So I dont know whats going on.
