Say Cody knocked Bison down and went for safe jump OS MK Ruffian would that hit Bison if he teleported? Or I bet this does work Safe jump OS EX Ruffian I have no doubt this will catch Bison if he teleported on wakeup. Lastly Safe Jump OS Ultra 2 would also most likely work unless Bison falls out
If Bison is teleporting during the string you put an OS in there like the ones above I know I’ve put OS Sweep in my strings before just incase they back dash. It should work the same just doing MK Ruffin/EX/U2 instead. Didnt say it was easy or anything but it can be done
I’m guessing MK won’t reach, Ultra 2 he will fall out after the dust hit, EX ruffian will work!
Chris: instant jump AA jump fierce with Bison works well, yes…as does crouch FP and sometimes stand MK but all character dependent…you have to use different AA against Blanka because his jump FP beats your stand HK if timed right…
I think Cody is untapped in some stuff but you said it, you “can’t” scissor him blindly, which is the big factor I was told that Cody dies to when we know that is not the case, it’s other stuff Cody has problems with but I still think point of attack is him on top of Bison when he has no meter, treating him like Rufus…
Why would bison fall out of U2 if he’s standing I’m willing to bet the damn thing hits him

Competitive CS is still alive, and a lot of the old names are still on top. I played since CAL season 6. After CAL finally died, it was really hard for me to take the competitive scene seriously anymore. Played off and on over the years, but the best team I was ever on was during the final season of CAL. Was undefeated in main until CAL shut down mid season. During that time, lan tournies were already super scarce. None of us wanted to start in over ESEA-open, we all hated everything about online counter-strike. Cheaters. Corrupt league admins. Getting DDoSed in matches by randoms, or teams you had beat earlier during the season. I swear there’s more drama in that community than anything i’ve ever seen.

Lol, Nah man he has pretty much always looked like that. He’s shorter than me iirc, and he smokes like five cartons a day, which probably helps. He’s just a really skinny guy. He looks the same as he did in all of their shows from late nineties to now.

Strongly considering getting this game after hearing all the hype. I just here it owns your souls (lol) due to the difficulty, but you will be back playing it before you know it.

If I’m not mistaken, MK Ruffian won’t reach (which it might in 2012 since they are increasing the distance of the hitbox), EX Ruffian is too fast and will whiff so you have to delay it (which it turn means you can’t really OS it and connect), and I believe U2 will hit with dust, but the wrench will whiff, but not 100%.
Keep in mind those OSs only work against teleport. The ruffians will work against backdash but U2 will reset. All of those options lose to EX PC (U2 will reset) and DR/HS. OS EX Bingo is useless since it whiffs on anything except backdash and EX Scissors - EX PC and EX Bingo go through each other.
In all seriousness, the best OS is with cr.mk against Bison’s wakeup because it stuffs just about everything (except ex scissors - but I think Cody blocks) and evades DR / HS - gives you time to b+mp if needed.
Just what I know 
Negro the point wasn’t it was unbeatable all OS can be beat your choosing rock and paper the guy your playing can still pick scissors. The point was Cody can do something about teleport. I also I’m 100% sure that Safe Jump OS U2 would fully hit Bison the best time being when Bison has no meter since the time he’s most likely to do it, I’d never go for this OS or the one above if Bison has meter because he has too many options making it a lot more risky, without meter Bison has a lot fewer wake up options making it a more reasonable risk.
Squab I can’t test it because my shit ain’t working but I swear I’ll be shocked if Safe Jump OS U2 doesnt work on teleport. I mean he should move anymore than he did in the vid above in which all hits got him.
Basically this is why I want the game and am hype. It’s HARD, but it’s FAIR. And it makes sense.
For example, you sprint around a corner into a corridor. You die from an arrow trap. You are like wtf? Well, if you had not ran around the corner blindly you would have noticed the section of floor that is a different shade than the rest of the floor. You stepped on it, triggering the trap and you died.
Another example, my stabbing sword isn’t doing shit damage to these skeletons! That’s cause they are skeletons, dummy. Get a hammer or mace and club them bones into bits.
That ledge is not just a graphical border. You can fall off it, or climb it. If it’s there, it exists for a reason. They don’t throw random details for shits and giggles. Chances are, noting those details is the difference between avoiding an instant death and getting impaled by that trap.

Nah I think they changed it. Yes it will have Bane in it but from my guess I think he’s gonna break Commissioner Gordon’s back instead to lure Batman out. That’s why you saw Gordon in the hospital bead. If you ever read the Knightfall storyline it would be way too hard to fit all of that in one movie.
That would be my best guess.
