She appears to be in a kind of I don’t know arrogant pose maybe? And she has some strange shoes. They appear to have either a big ass hell heels or a stick. Could be either Black Cat or Phoenix. I really have no clue.
No Dormammu is the one next to tron, its clearly this art.

Hmm, I wonder why Felicia and Thor aren’t in the silhouette lineup.
It’s certainly possible, but it’s far too low res to conclusively tell if those are head wings or something coming off of Morrigan’s costume. Also, the positioning of the legs strikes me as being a little too casual for someone like CapAm.
Edit: I guess for the sake of balance (having Tron being the new Capcom silhouette and Mystery Chick being the new Marvel silhouette), it probably would have to be Captain America, though, so I guess we’ll go with that.

The silhuette made me think of This, but she’s almost certainly not in the game.
