I heard the next x-topia is gonna be in june Idk how true that is. I need some new competition. I recently played someone from canada hella cheap with cable, ken, and CapCom. He can go back and tell all of his friends he got beat by the 505 and lost some change. :arazz: Not bad for my MSP in the making Infinite free. :wgrin: I ve playing against alot of scrub its really getting annoying. Also I plan on having a tournament on the 25th. If anyone can make it down. :rolleyes: Im trying to get some Santa fe heads together to come up for this but weāll see. Ive jonezin for some comp I just got back from nebraska where there was no marvel scene. :wasted:

^^^^ You know, there are alot of other fighting games out there. If you really like the fast combo intense gameplay of marvel then check out GuiltyGear or Hokuto no Ken.
well you could also try melty blood or arcana heart i find those interesting although only a few people play them round here. i been gettin into kof lately.:wonder:

Meh. Guilty Gear seemed like it would good to play. I had a circle of people who played it back in Davisā¦ it got pretty big on the local scene thereā¦ in fact, all other local scenes died and it just became guys gettinā together at someoneās house to play GGXX:etc. But I dunnoā¦ Guilty Gear is pretty deep, and I think it would take a good number of people to start getting into it for it to get big. Dunno if I want to put in that kind of effort. With Marvel, it was just so easy and appealing to the massesā¦ everyone played it when it first came outā¦ even people who didnāt play fighting games.
thats cuz it had two names attached to it that people recognized and if they didnt recognize the companys they recognized the characters so it was a win win.
