Dylan have you put any thought in to when the next MK tournament will be? Any possibility of early MK late marvel tourny?

the smash heads usually get games in on the weekend (for games beyond just smash). if anything happens when you come to town i’ll let you know.
Well I was going to do a switch off each week of MK and Mahvel (this Friday Mahvel, next Friday MK, and so on) but we could try an early MK/late Mahvel if people want.
I suppose we can try that for the next two weeks and see how people like it. How about MK around…8-8:30ish start and Mahvel around 9-9:30 start…or just right after MK finishes.
Would people enter into both if we had them on the same day from now on? That’s my only concern. I feel like we might just get two tiny tournies, but maybe I’m overestimating the player crossover between MK and Mahvel for the Friday crew.
That sounds fine to me, I won’t be able to make it this Friday (work) but I’d enter both the next week if it’s still going down.

OK We’ll do an MK9 tournament here @ TNW on Saturday the 14th.
I’m thinking $10 entry fee, no venue fee as always. I have 2 setups with MK9 currently, any more will DEF be appreciated.
And as always, plenty of great arcade games to play as well!
I will actually be off on the 14th so I can bring my PS3 w/MK9, but I don’t really have an easily portable TV.

I had been waiting for a weekend that I didn’t seem to have much going on work wise so this happened to fall into place. Plus I got that extra copy from the WM tournament which was even better.

I’m gonna hit up some places around here and see if we cant get some new blood in as well. MK seems to have more ‘casual’ appeal than SF from what I’ve seen.
