C/F Nero forward dash has about 2 frames of vulnerability at the end. The backdash teleport is kind of bad for F though.
It’s not amazing but you can get out of surprising amount of crap with it used sparingly. You can also try to trick people into mashing out at you when you have a summon out by dashing at them and then if they do nothing you get free throw/if they mash you get ch from the summon into combo/if they jump you can usually anti air it with 5b or 2c or something.
It loses to people who do stuff like sweep shield or sweep jump cancel though.

That tourney yesterday was great. It’s awesome that we had more people in the MBAA bracket than T6.
The Grand Finals between me and Jake (J-diji) was intense. I started off with a two game lead (the finals were 4/7) then he came back and ended up resetting the set (I was in winners). In the second 4/7 set he had me completely downloaded and got an easy 2 games off the bat. Some how I ended up changing my strategy and finally coming back with the win. I want to see those videos.
Had a good time at Proving Grounds with MB the other day, props to more people showing up. It was cool to meet you guys.
Luckily, I’ll have plenty of time to get down BnB’s and other things down before the next one. You’ll see me botch pretty much everything in all of those vids, lol.
Oh, and TR, let me know when would be a good time and head down that way to get some matches in with you guys sometime.
Is there a reason F-Kouma gets played more than C-Kouma? I like crescent more so far because it has easier combos (and actual air combos) and the EX grab has a much bigger range.
This is just my guess, but I think it’s cause he plays a lot like his AC counterpart… which is kinda odd considering that crescent usually keeps things more intact to AC than full.
When do you guys go on Spring Break? Ours starts next week. If both of ours coincide, I’d like to get together then if it’s cool. Otherwise, my only other good options are usually on the weekends.
Started messing around with F-WLen today. She’s pretty cool, just need to actually try her in an actual match now. I like her zoning and ice vine setups.
Good matches in Dalton today with Tanner, TR, and KA. Getting to play my WLen against you guys was a blast. Gotta work on those ice vine setups, see if I can come up with some more creative uses for them.
Same, I feel a lot better increasing my match experience fighting WLen. F is especially interesting with the zoning tools and the ice set-ups. Dunno when Tanner decided to pick up Mech though; that was completely unexpected. Also, my SAkiha is getting better.
