I am new to the forums, and I would like to ask for help with an avatar. I Have been tempted to just take a picture i like online and just cut it to size, but I do not want to accidentally steel anyone’s avatar without their consent.
If someone has the time and the will would someone be willing to put together a avatar with Ryu and Akuma that I can use. I was about to start working on this image:

But I did not want to use something if A. someone else was using it, or B. I did not have the creator’s permission.
