Ggs at the impromptu mines on wednesday night. i’m telling you laurence, defensive Hulk is gonna be NASTY in mvc3 against a huge portion of the cast. With how well you are picking up combos I think you should just lame it out with gamma wave all day covered by an assist to piss people off before just owning people with super armor into combo into dead. Once you get a point and you land a combo in the corner into hulk DHC BAM–life lead and now they have to approach hulk. And apparently if you get a double snapback you can gamma wave until you kill the assist for free. Hulk is NASTY in this game. X-factor aside, hulk owns the rest of the heavy characters in my book. great character choice. your hsien-ko + hulk seems to fit you and I look forward to that going beast mode.
I’ve got a lot of stuff I have to do with reviewing CDs and one of my graduate classes wrapping up (paper, final) so I may not be able to make it next week to mines but I’m hoping I’ll get a chance to keep upping my characters. also, there is a guy in portsmouth that tim has met before that said he was interested in showing up to a mines. We just gotta tell him when and where.

While i’d love to make these other majors, I am saving my chips for EVO. Mike Ross does have a decent Hulk, but uses AA Gamma Charge, bleh. Wave is better since it doesnt put Hulk in danger and even if he gets hit the wave still comes out and can’t be dispelled by any other projectile in the game.
Thanks for the words Komrade, They were just clickin last night and it became glaringly apparent I need a versatile point to solidify my team, X-23 is really frail despite her combos and speed. I can only think of a few characters that have the combination I need.

yo. if pwa got like… a guilty gear accent core machine you guys would all be screwed cause Potemkin is basically the greatest grappler ever made and I’ve always wanted to play that series. i think it would be wicked fun to play that game too.
Hey everyone, big fucking news: I’m employed!
This means I’ll probably be able to make it out to every salt mines now, but it also means I’ll be showing up crazy late (ten hour workdays for the fucking win). Since I’m the dude with the capture card, this might throw a monkey wrench in our plans to stream, but hopefully we can work things out.
It also means I’ll only be a month behind everyone else on Marvel 3, and I’m already theorycrafting on Arthur/Modok, so watch the fuck out.
ps - craig we really need to bug the shit out of pwa on the neo geo cab, because if I’m not hitting five frame links, there is a fucking problem with the controls
