Games free, i dont know about online, but i dont think there is nearly as much skill in this game as in bb gg sf, or AH…its in the begin i knwo blah blah, but from face value i uh imma just have fun with it…nothign to serious (BUT I DO LIKE IT)
We were suppose to meet at the store, guess that wasn’t understood since I was looking for you and you never even called or texted to inquire either. Game is super random at this point and Wesker and Sentinel are the cheapest bastards around, combined with xfactor someone at Capcom needs to be fired. I can certainly understand why someone wouldnt want to play this seriously, but I still love it! The engine for combos is certainly far better than the games you mentioned imo, but as for skill, I can’t disagree that it’s much easier to mash to victory in this game. Those online records speak volumes lol.

so you wouldn’t consider ST or xmen vs sf serious? They’ve got ToD combos all over the place. Not every game that has ToD combos is all crazy like Hokuto no Ken.
The more I think about it the more I think the developers wanted the oldschool ridiculousness (embodied by mvc2 and other games) translated into the technology and mechanics of today with a liberal application of fan service. I think it’s gonna be easier to destroy some random nub in this game than in ssf4. It’s already way more fun too. I’ve heard rumblings of people wanting the damage set to “low” for tournament play.

Bought marvel. Haven’t stopped playing it. This is probably the most fun i’ve had since the glory days of SF4.

i’ve only tried doom mag and viper so far… doom and mag are my favorites. too many characters to choose from. 
i’m still going to try to learn as many characters as i can before this weekend… right now i’m just messing around in training mode figuring out ways to get in on adv. guard

Advance guard is solid in this game, I also like that you can actually play keep away alot better than in other vs games!
Hey, I can’t make it Friday unfortunately. Saturday is probably a sure thing. I’m playing Amaterasu, Dormammu and Doom. It’s pretty solid so far and a lot of fun.
I actually find it easier to beat scrubs in SF4. This game is a lot more scrub friendly imo and easier to get random’d. But that’s probably because I’m still learning. Either way, a lot of fun.

i can’t get myself to play this game, i can pop it in for a few minutes then i just get tired, i don’t know what it is.
It’s not for everyone, maybe you haven’t found your team. Or simply not your cup of tea which is cool. That’s why we are having more than just Marvel. Fire up a BB setup or something else.
