Call a hotel TV! I will bring my ps3 with a copy of the game (and others), as well as a power strip and definitely one ps3 stick. If my ps360 pcb arrives in time I may have a dual-modded stick with me as well. Now I just need that BB:CT cab to hit the floor on PWA and kof13 console release announced and i can slip into a hype coma.

Miscellaneous Information and Needs for “Mahvel Room”:
Check-In: Kraig and I will be checking in that day to get a jump on setup and scoping out the lay of the land. People can start showing up as early as 7:30pm (Feb 18th). My number will be posted in a bit so that peeps can find out what the room number is as we draw closer, which leads to…
Invites: Given space/venue limitations we can’t have random attendees. So in order to keep track of all who are going to show up at any point during the 2 days we are there all attendees MUST POST in this forum (Thank you Kraig,Tim and Brian!), or call/text me @ 617-755-3830 by Feb. 16th, no exceptions.
It is vital to do so because it allows me to get an idea of how many setups, drinks/food runs, space etc. we will need to get through the weekend, to ensure everyone has a really good time. Now onto…
Setups: Self-explanatory, just tell me what you are bringing (if anything). I taken notice of anything posted in the last 24 hrs, anything prior please re-post and your contribution will be recorded. If you say you are bringing something, just know you are being counted on to do so, no excuses.
If anyone can contribute smaller things like snacks, sodas, energy drinks (i love you long time) etc. that would be HUGE as well. My budget for this unfortunately didn’t allow for food and drink:shake:
Staying Over: More than welcome to do so since the room accomodates sleeping arrangements for 5 people comfortably, I personally would only feel comfortable doubling that at a maximum, so 10 people in total. This could change if the room is smaller than anticipated, but again please let me know if you have intentions of staying over 1 night, or 2 nights.
Food/Drink: Covered a little bit of this earlier, but I’m counting on a community effort to help in this area. I don’t give a fuck if all you can bring is leftover kool-aid in a sandwich baggy, you are helping everyone out and it’s greatly appreciated. Ordering out is expensive so to bridge the gap snack food/drink of every variety is incredibly important to bridge the gap between those times and save some cash.
Games: This is NOT a strictly Marvel event, but Marvel focus. I WANT people to bring all of the niche titles they can (im thinkin of hitting NYC to buy Arcana Heart 3 for christ sake, Tim where my number at foo =p?). I think this is as important as anything previously mentioned because this is what will drive the weekend in between Marvel sessions. Someone please find a copy of JoJo and Powerstone 1/2 please!! So dust those gems off, and bring those emulators people along with any popular titles like BB and SSF4!

Transportation: I have no problem picking people up or dropping them off IF they need a ride. Yet acting out of the kindness of my own heart seldom fills my gas tank so I will ask for gas money since gas prices are so damn high right now (seriously wtf!). I’m reasonable and cognizant of the fact people don’t always roll with wads of cash so we can work something out regardless.
Anyway also let me know if transportation is an issue. I’ll ask others with vehicles as well please be open to doing the same and offer assistance to other would-be attendees.
Weekend Tournaments: Lastly, once we get a definite head count I can start formulating some brackets, prize structure for the $1 tournaments we will be holding that weekend. I won’t limit it to Marvel either, if there is an outcry for another game that we can all agree on prior to the 18th. Thinking about making one prize a sponsored entry fee to Souper Bowl Tournament Sunday 20th. Speaking of which…
I would hope that once the weekend is wrapping up Sunday 20th, many of you will take the training and knowledge gained from the crack session and apply it at the Souper Bowl Tournament that afternoon!:nunchuck: Really no excuse to pass on the opportunity, unless you hate Marvel, but there is still SSF4 running that day too. I believe the Marvel(correct me if wrong Tom) entry fee is only a 5 spot!

Is there going to be any issues with parking there? I mean what im saying is probably wont be ten cars but if i am there for a night or two or some shit, will i get towed or anyone for that matter?

No issues with parking since it’s like the lot Kraig’s hotel has, just drive in and choose a spot. Only city hotel’s require garages or street parking which was a huge reason for me moving the event in the first place.
Forgot to mention music as a Section on my list earlier. If you have an mp3 player that has a speaker base that would be cool to have in the background. Portable stereo systems as well.
