I am getting mine tonight at midnight (my gamestop is awesome and close to the apartment YAY!!) and took tomorrow off for this so I am quite hype for this:rock:. It looks like we have a legion of potential hakumen players which should be interesting lol!

Anyone bring an xbox stick or two for a match setup? And a set of monitor speakers with an A/V connection. Ping is nice enough to bring another monitor as well but no speakers and no xbox sticks.
I’ll definitely be able to bring a 360 stick. As for speakers, would a set of computer speakers work?
I can bring 2 xbox sticks but i don’t want to get bored and go home and ruin everyone’s fun
Lol @ Willy. Np man I understand, computer speakers would be great Alex. I have an xbox also so Ping is just bringing the monitor. 4 setups should be just fine. I will be on the training set up most of the time lol.
this will probably be the most hilarious, uproarious, saltiest Mines ever. why would you wanna miss that? we talking 4 setups now? geez. peeps gonna be in the kitchen at the table playing from a machine in the sink! will give everybody a good chance to really practice up and figure everything out. plus, some of us will know what’s going on in the game so we should be able to answer a bunch of questions should you have them.
Also, all of you should know… i cleaned the crap out of my stick last night. took every last thing apart and cleaned it all. put my top loaders in too. so my tager stick is ready to IB 360 the crap out of all of you. It literally feels new. and my carl is ready to get his little kid ass whooped into i actually figure out how to use him. SUBS!
Lol yea my place is small. i was thinking of having a bathroom setup but that would be awkward. On a serious note we need a power strip!!! I will have two setups on that long table and then one on my small coffee table so it will be packed in here tonight lol.

After some deep meditation earlier this morning I have decided I will attempt to play Upside-down A 11 instead of Hakumen. Just thought y’all should know.
Also, 5 Dragons is in the air for me since I start my new job tomorrow and my shift starts at 4 AM. I might be too tuckered out to make a showing.

you need not hate lambda like you detest nu, tim. she seems a lot slower and she can’t do some of the ridiculous crap anymore. though, sword combos still aren’t that involved, i’ll def give you that one. lambda’s close combat is cool.
there’s a tutorial and challenge mode to help you out with that.
I’ll be at 5 dragons after kickball like normal, probably 8:15/8:30. looking forward to some ssf4 battles and to see what one more day with CS did for peeps (I know it took me two hours to get through half of carl’s challenges, but like twenty minutes to do all of tager’s).
I still always miss the second jump cancel on Upside-down A’s sword combo. My execution is terrible and I blame SF4.
