hope everyone had a great Halloween this week. oh yeah, Misha did you get to cosplay as Sakura this year??? please tell me you took pics if you did. 
we didn’t have many customers in costume this year; everyone partied last weekend shrugs it’s way too cold for most trick-or-treaters in our area.
my dad’s 50 years old today too. god just saying that makes ME feel old. anyways i’ve got half of his presents already, but still undecided on what else to get him. men are so hard to shop for.

It really sucked, I didnt even get Halloween at all this year. I spent the entire night studying my ass off (and still didnt do well on the tests). I finally got my hair dyed - came out way red rather than brown. Its all good tho. I look paler but my eyes look bluer.
Sakura - yeah, he’s moved to Lawrence and doesnt get on the computer much (not even mine) because he complains the connections too slow. Spoiled. :rolleyes: He was going to compete in the SC2 regionals but we didnt have the money to travel. :bluu: Sooo, I dont think he’s completely retired. Just on hiatus, maybe? He hasnt been playing really all that much CVS2 from what I can tell lately.

Hi everyone! Just finished a Journalism test this morning and I’m trying to go back home to get some sleep cause’ I’m a bit :wasted: right now from lack of sleep.
Misha, dude I know how the studying thing goes. I haven’t had much time to get online in the last few days since I found out I have 5 projects due within the next 3 or 4 weeks for school. All of my classes have projects so I have to get to work on them. By far the most interesting one is my Women and Minorities in Mass Media class. I’ve decided I’m going to do female representation in videogames and then do a presentation from there. Is your back feeling any better, too?

My Halloween was okay. I went dressed as Eric from The Crow. The face paint took forever as usual but it’s always a fun costume for me.

Satomi: regular mail usually takes 3-5 days depending on the type of postage used (ex. overnight, priority, first class, etc.) so i’d say no later than friday/saturday of this week the packages should arrive.
sorry about not posting chat times last night, but at least 3 of us found each other online and had a good time.

I walked across the parking lot to my car when I was done and heard a car turn on a few yards away and saw that it was her. This is like the second or third time she’s done this that I can remember. I’m hoping that some of you guys and gals remember good ol’ Shinobi from the Genesis and Master System. He’s for sure the best ninja character I’ve ever seen (even better than Strider). And another thing…I was thinking since a few of us who post on this thread also have AIM, how do you guys feel about swapping music files with each other? I want to know what kinds of music you guys are into. So far, I got a taste of the kind of music that TC likes and I returned the favor by sending her some music files of my own. I’ve noticed that the file transfers are only 20-30 minutes long nand that’s much faster that what I had to wait to d/l from Napster, Morpheus, and Kazaa. This is just a thought. It’s a much better way of getting to know people and what kinds of things they like.

Well, I need to be real careful about the word usage mainly because I’ve been guilty of doing my fair share ot stalker-like activities:sweat:, but not like that. I mean, I wasn’t the type of person that would wait for you outside of your job or night class or stand outside your bedroom window everynight. I guess my only sin was calling a girl a bunch of times in an attempt to get a hold of her. I don’t know, I oftentimes think that the word stalker is used out of context. It’s defined wrong and it’s applied to the wrong people, etc. But I think she’s taking up stalker-esque activities. I think that I’m going to quit my job cause it’s getting tiresome. The girl has a small role in my decision, but I hate my job with a bold passion. Anyway, I might find myself getitng a job at the mall like Hot Topic or a game store or some shit. But that ain’t the end of it either. I think she’s applying at my school. She did express an interest in going there. Bah, next time I see her in the parking lot, I’ll apply TC’s advice and ask her :wtf: she’s doing. Almost forgot…

heh, so much for trying to be nice to Marcus. It seems that despite the fact that he cried a river about being serious, he just can’t seem to break old habits. I’m again beginning to think he’s a drughead, because only drugheads act the way he does (fucktarded, as Dasrik so aptly posted one day in GD). Hell, I don’t even love the man that way anymore … it’s like “Look I did 2 things for you and now you’re supposed to love me again!” Um, no. It’s more like on my end, “I tolerate you and that’s about it, and I’m barely doing that.” I’m beginning to turn into a pigheaded male and just sleep with him for the sex, because love is not in the picture. Since he claimed he was “getting it together” I have:
- almost cheated on him;
- been pretty honest with him that I don’t exactly love him the way I did before;
- lied to him on more than one occassion that I loved him; and
- absolutely have been devoid of any loving feeling towards him.
I’m not proud of myself for what I’m doing, but I can’t and won’t let myself be hurt again because of his lies and immaturity. It’s probably immature of me to do this to him, but at the moment he deserves every bit of it and then some. He should have his feelings hurt because someone doesn’t truly love him but they say they do so he “won’t get hurt.” Some protection huh?
Satomi, dude you should go up to her and be like, “Okay, so what is that makes you want to follow me around like you want me? I mean, God, I know I’m hot but that shouldn’t make you follow me.” That will either inflame her to make her run far away from you and never follow you again, or it will make her say something to you so you can find out why she’s following you around. Either way you’ll get some relief, I hope.

Rubes -I think its amazing that you tried to give him a second chance in the first place Rubes, and no one can blame you for trying. But if the situation is getting to the point where you cant even say you really care what happens anymore, you should move on. My mom was given some advice before she married my dad by one of her co-workers - “You can love them one day, you can hate them the next, but if it ever gets to the point where you just dont care, walk away.”
Im just worried youre going to hurt yourself and your own sets of morals (since you say your almost using him.) I dont know, hun. It is kinda promising that he showed a little effort, but your right, if you’ve laid out your feelings and he KNOWS how close he is to losing you and isnt pulling out the big guns…
I think so much about relationships is in the small things, because its rare that you do the small things for people you dont care about. You might do a big thing for a stranger, but thats a once in a lifetime thing. The little things are constant and enduring and should continue through a relationship. Eh, but look at me, my mom just came in and grabbed the dishes and I should’ve grabbed them for her. I need to be nicer to my mother.
Satomi- eeeeek! Yeah, be careful. One chick I know is bi-polar and never takes her damn meds and is crazy as fuck. Its one thing to know you have a problem, its another to know you have a problem, have means to contol it, dont control it, and then blame all the problems in your life on it.
Ive always found that with confronting a stalker tho, it never does any good. They honestly dont really think their stalking and even when you tell them, their obsessive enough to keep doing it. I had a phone stalker shivers that was fucked up. My friend Dottie has a stalker too that somehow got a hold of her email and has been sending her weird messages of “I never see you anymore, why dont you talk to me? Where are you? Im going to find you.” Thank god he’s like 7 states away.
But I know the kind of “stalking” youre talking about - hee hee. I did it to a guy that I had a crush on in my neighborhood. Ah, childhood compulsive-obsessive drive by/walk by/drunk phone dialing stalking behavior. Mememories…
