That’s awesome. Thanks!
Now to see if it can help me get Preppy’s bounty for palette swaps
Damn I got too many projects going on

this emulator is too awesome.
Props to the people whom are responsible for this. One question though, I know for Chankast it was required to have the files from pirated DC games, is that the case here too? I have a retail copy of 3S but no burned one, or files from the latter. I’ve read the thread and don’t remember reading this question already.
Thanks.
Edit: Nevermind, found this info:
“Please note that original Dreamcast discs (GD-ROMs) are special discs that cannot be accessed by common PC DVD/CD drives.
Because of this it is not possible to run these discs directly on an emulator. The only way to run such a disc is to make a backup copy (a dump) of it using some “special” methods either by using a Dreamcast or a modified PC DVD/CD drive.”
Damn.
toodles, can we get a method to get your saves from your TDC final V2 to work on this?
I was able to get it to run at close to full speed on my laptop:
Celeron M 1.6 ghz
512 ram
Radeon Xpress 200m
So i’m pretty sure he’ll be able to run some of the games.
can you explain exactly what you mean by the chankast plugins and how to apply them to this to make it run faster?
Do you need images, or can you just put DC games in your DVD drive? I know the DC discs are GD rom, but you can view the contents in a normal drive.
run NullDC, go to Options, then click Select Plugins.
click the PowerVR and AICA drop down boxes and change them to Chankast plugins. if you’re using shared video memory, then this is probably better for you. hell, it wouldn’t even start emulating the bios without that on my laptop.
Can anyone tell me whether “Street Fighter Alpha 3” will run well on this emulator?
having some problems with jojo’s its like half the screen missing 0_o http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y77/gazastriprolla/jojos.jpg
had same problem with chanka but the game runs at full speed
I’ll try her out tonight.
…that went well.
A3 doesn’t works with the emulator
…oh shit! …but I’d recheck it since it’s old generation DreamCast.
…that went well.
Cripe! Hopefully the next update will allow SFA3 to work
i can run 3s and marvel and shit with chankast shit but i dont have enough ram/cpu power to keep it at 60 fps with geni-jin on
Is there any way to import vmu saves, like there was with chankast? I rly dont want to play the cpu to unlock chars in marvel.
you’re better off just using a game cbeating application, or a ram editor. i recommend artmoney. use the tutorial and search for the vs points and level and freeze them at 9999 and 99 respectively.
I’m finding the usual problems with the .NET input handlers in this game. Serious input lag compared to the real DC, on a machine that shouldn’t have any trouble. I’m lagging a good 5 frames in some places on 3s, and the sound quality SUCKS.
Any suggestions, other than waiting for updates?
This is why real game developers never use .NET.
This emulator rocks and runs at a constant 60 fps on my machine. Also the sound is better than Chankast with a touch of reverb.
It also allows you to edit the resolution for widescreen lcds…

Damn.
Once this gets netplay I’m back into Marvel.
