Throughout the year+ that this game has been out, has anyone made a full tier list tiering all the characters? The only thing most people knew was that Frieza was top, and everyone else was mid, but that can’t be how this game is. I would say that King Piccolo is low tier, but then again, I don’t know his full potential.
There’s no reason to use King over Jr.

This vid I have a question. Is Cell’s Judgement mashable? It seems like he is moving his hands a whole lot faster or am I tripping?
BTW I found some somewhat recent vids even though they recorded months ago. But hey if you haven’t seen it it’s new.

Super Kamehameha, Galic Gun, Final Flash, Judgement, 17&18’s beam super, and Chi-Chi’s power pole super are all mashable.

Skill Tree Questions:
For Frieza: Should I go for the command grab or the whip super? Also, does Frieza do well with Cell’s Interruptor?
For Cell: Are Pyrokinesis, Instant Transmission, and Solar Flare the ideal moves? I use Frieza’s Flex Laser on him, is that good?
These are my new mains, and one of them is ownage incarnate. I’m planning on sticking with these guys.

Ay here’s a good skill set ups for some characters I messed around with yesterday. I’m especially proud of my a17 setup. He has very good dmg potential. Also in my opinion all Cells’, Vegetas’, and Piccolos’ should have super cancel no matter what they just do entirely too much with it. Vegeta with two super bars is one of the nastiest things i have seen on this game. If any of you decide to try them out let me know how they work. Here they are:
Trunks-Cyclone Blast, Japanese Sword, Wolf Fang Fist (bar building and mix-up for cyclone blast), ATK Up, Shield Sprint, Wall Smash.
A17: Surround Attack, Mega-Tackle (A16 move), ATK Up, Ult Gauge Upgrade, Impact Up, Wall Smash, Omega Charge (Energy Field does massive damage). Here is a 80% dmg combo I made with him.
(Full Bar, after using Omega Charge, near a wall or somewhere you can mega tackle the oppon.)Jump H, F,F+L, L+Block, Mega Tackle, opponent hits wall, approach opponent, Energy Field. Takes off hella damage. the best part about this you won’t have to use your action gauge to send them to the wall. The mega tackle covers your ass some of the time when your in omega charge mode from ki spammers which is a damn good thing.
Goku-Spirit Bomb, Guided Kamehameha, Infinity Hold, ATK Up, Armor Strike, Wall Smash. This is still being tested. I found a combo thats not really practical. But it can kill you if anybody could ever get the bar for it before you ran out of super saiyan.
Turn Super Saiyan if you have 3 bars. 2 Bars are left now. Quickly use Kaio Ken if you have a lot of health. Jump->Block->H (in a very quick slide motion if done correctly he should be slightly off the ground just above the opponent’s head and should connect.)–>Super Saiyan Spirit Bomb–>Let it charge all the way–>Then while the spirit bomb is still hitting him->time his descent–>then hit him with the Infinity Hold (A18) on his way down.

You’re from Corpus? I’m from Brownsville. I don’t know if anyone here plays it (most people play Marvel and Tekken), but I’m still trying to learn it. All I know is that Flex Lasers help out a lot in combos.
My Frieza: ATK Up, Command Grab, Interruptor, The Two Ultimate Gauge upgrades, Guard Cancel, Super Cancel.
My Cell: ATK Up, Pyrokinesis, Flex Laser, Solar Flare, Instant Transmission, Super Cancel, Faster Ground Movement.
These aren’t fully completed yet, but this is them right now. Did I mess up, or are these okay setups (I see most Friezas in vids use Command Crab instead of Whip Super. Why, I don’t know)?

Frieza doesn’t need interruptor since he can punish projectiles with his teleport.
Cell’s command grab is really buff too. However, I find myself using it when I intend to pull up rocks if I have both at once.
Cyclone Blast sucks. You can jump out after the super freeze. How the hell do you get a mixup off WFF? It’s unsafe (then again I haven’t tested the last hit myself).
cmh, you’d have to see for yourself as bullshit as it sounds it works wonders on human players they don’t react fast enough after the initial hit of the wolf fang fist because they decide not to jump. And if you guess if hes gonna jump thats why you have the long reach of the japanese sword to knock him out the air with the slash super. like i said bs but it works for me, but its not that practical its for fun.
