I got a barrier strip and grounding bar I bought from HD. I’m gonna try and rewire my custom cause its a mess in there.
I got a hori ex2 that’s been stripped and the button holes widened. Ill try and rebuild it with sanwa parts when I get some time and ill post it in here if anyone wants it.
The seimitsu is mounted a little differant than the sanwa. If you want we could work together to try and make a case. I have no woodworking skills as well lmao.
Making the case is pretty easy, and should be the least of your worries. I think I might still have the proper sized boards stored away somewhere back when I wanted to make my own stick. All you really need is a scroll saw, dremel and some carpenter’s glue. You might need a different blade for the scroll saw to cut through the plastic if you wanted to have covered art underneath a plexiglass top or something though, not sure how that would work. But the casing itself would be pretty cake.
Ya I figured making the case wouldn’t be hard only problem is access to tools. Like toodles said in tech talk “you’re better off buying a case then making one. Once you start making cases, you want to keep making more and more to get better then you walk away with like thousands and thousands of dollars in tools”. I’m gonna start with modding the hori. Only problem I’m having with it is mounting the damn thing. The sanwa’s height isn’t right when mounted in the stock pegs. I guess I’m gonna have to dremel the whole area out and make new mounting holes in the plastic. Damn Japanese parts weren’t meant to be bottom mounted like happs are :arazz: .

We’ll just forget about how I was beating you in casual then. I believe it was 6-3 before we started the first set. Then before that I think it was tied 3-3, and the first time we played casual I was up a match or two as well.
We’ll just forget about that and let you have your one 4-2 victory, when I actually shoulda had atleast 1 more win.
