New Comics this Week - Updated Weekly

It’s not on DC’s list of comics coming out this week so prolly not.

Son of a bitch. What do Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely do with their time that’s so damn important?

Yeah I dunno but that’s one comic I don’t mind waiting for. Usually blows out every other comic that comes out that week. Bizarro issue was great, hell it’s a candidate for best single issue of the year.

Buffy, X-Men, and Nightwing(which you missed Sano. I’m dissappointed) comes out this week. Good shit.

Doesn anybody know when Terry Moore is starting his run of SM loves MJ???

Oh I noticed Nightwing was coming out. Sometimes I cut back on my annoyingism. Don’t worry, pretty soon I’ll be talking about him being a microscopic dot in the Wonder Woman Annual in the DC Comics Thread, Heinberg and Dodson put him in the comic they rule!

I think this may be Wolfman’s last issue on Nightwing, or next to the last. Nicieza and Milligan will have filler arcs until Tomasi takes over. Wolfman will have done about 20 issues in total, a little more than the year he was supposed to get on the book so that’s great! I’m very happy about all 3 writers so his future is looking very good. Tomasi wants to give NW a legendary arc, I hope he delivers.

Last I heard we don’t have a date for when Terry Moore’s SMLMJ will start. Just by word of mouth, never really looked into it. Really excited about that.

I think I’m done with Ms. Marvel. i gave her a book a shot been collecting since issue one. it started out intresting because she kept fucking everything up as she was trying so hard to get it right while projecting her self out there for recognition. Now she’s all registration the fights she has are lame her challenges arent intresting and neither are the resolutions to her battles. The last intresting thing she did was when she fought an alt version of herself that never got help for drinking problem and “Sunfire Rogue” esp after the registration act her book just got boring.

I’m having that problem with all the books that are pro registration. With the exception of WWH:the initiative.

Buffy was awesome this week. not surprising.

Uncanny is just lame. and that’s surprising cause usually storm kicks a story up at least one teir. But it’s like She’s loosing her (pun intended) Thunder cause it’s still boring.

The initiative was amazing IMO. the cover was very well done the story got a perfect on me. Namor is a BEAST!!!

I quite Ms. Marvel when I realized I had to drop a few books due to me spending too much money. The last issue I got was when they stressed the strong influence the Kree had on her lol! I’m Pro-Reg myself so that aspect didn’t bother me. I figure she’s in Mighty Avengers and I get that so whatever. Besides nothing really special is happening in her book right now IMHO.

sano how can you be pro reg.

Vote for goodm0urning: the anti-reg candidate.

I’ve always been Pro Reg. Iron Man going crazy, Spider-Man revealing his identity, all of that has lead to all sorts of craziness. What has Anti Reg gotten? Captain America dying, Giant Man dying, Aunt May getting shot, that’s what. All we lost is Clor like who cares. You are still on the losing team, how much you wanna bet Iron Man walks home free after WWH? Hell I already saw a future comic book cover where he is making out with Spider-Woman so not only does the GREATEST VILLAIN EVA get to walk away scot free he continues to pimp. :arazz:

And yeah though, in real life you put on a suit and try to be a vigilante they lock your ass up. You drive a car without a license they lock your ass up. Hell, if you study Karate and beat someone up, even in self defense there’s a good chance they will lock your ass up, better tell them you saw it in a Kung Fu movie… If you arrest a criminal in a costume and you don’t show up for his trail that criminal goes home free. It’s just a realistic approach, if superheroes were in the real world that’s how things would be like. If a bunch of heroes caused 9/11 while filming a reality TV show in real life you would probably be Pro Reg too, think about it.

Pro Reg should work in practice, it’s just crazy Iron Man and Mr. Fantastic messing things up. It’s not even the government, it’s these nutjobs messing everything up. But the more they mess up the better stories it leads to, like World War Hulk so keep locking up heroes in the Negative Zone and hiring villains to work for you dumb asses.

I care about your freedom. I believe you have the right to life and liberty, regardless of if you were born a little different. Do you have a special power? Can you see through solid objects? Do you heal abnormally fast? Do you periodically sprout four extra arms? Fear not; I accept you, and I’ll defend your right to live in peace.

Sano does not believe you should be free. He believes that you and your family deserve to be imprisoned for the differences you can’t help. He also raped a bear.

When you walk into that voting booth on election day, vote for goodm0urning: pro-freedom, anti-bear rape.

:wow::wow::wow:

sano, raped a bear? Pooh, NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!:sad::sad:

Of course I want you to go to jail, there’s no internet there meaning I can use this forum to create multiple accounts of people who agree with everything I say and I’d never have to work modding again. If I wanted your vote I’d be participating in the Battle Poll right now so no thanks.

Just make sure you vote for Iron Man for villain of the year once again in Wizard magazine and that’s all I ask. He was ROBBED last year but he won for villain of the year in IGN. Which would mean something if IGN actually knew what the hell they were talking about on any given subject, but they got one thing right. How can you not love big fat jerky jerky Iron Man?

And I did not rape a bear. She agreed to it. Yes, two consenting adults. I’m not going to lie and tell you that it was not a sin free event because she was married, so it was adultery you can say. However she was in what you call a loveless marraige so in my book that doesn’t count. Besides when Ma Bear dresses up she is kind of hot grrrrrrOOOOOOWLLLLLLL!!!

Why you people choose to match wits with a witless insane person who knows where to find an image like this online in the first place is beyond me.

So you buy/read Origins, buy/read Claremont comics that feature Psylocke, you buy/read Wolfman comics that feature Nightwing, and you vote for things in WIZARD magazine? Next up, you’ll be telling me that you buy/read Wizard itself.

Y’know, this explains a lot about you, sano…

Depends on what’s on Wizard’s cover. All your post explains is that you are against anyone that disagrees with anything you say or has a different opinion. Me, I support everyone’s opinion regardless and have been defending people’s rights to express it on this forum time and time again. Does someone out there like Devin Grayson and Judd Winnick? That’s cool, your friendly neighborhood mod will defend you even if he doesn’t agree with you. At the very least I have the balls to tell you what I like without caring what people are gonna say. Don’t worry I’m sure someone will give you an atomic bomb and you can take care of everybody at once who does not have the same exact pull list you have. Oh, Pryde started an I love the Clone Saga thread so I will thank you in advance for destroying this website too. :clown:

No hate or anything on my part, or feel free to hate me. I get enough people saying I’m a nice person and all that jazz anyway. PRO REG!!! :nunchuck:

Oh I missed this earlier but how could I have sex with Winnie the Pooh? He’s a stuffed animal. He has no reproductive organs. All of the honey he eats turns to stuffing or an endless barrage of invisible thought balloons, that’s why he’s always going “Think think think.” I’d go after Rabbit’s adopted daughter Cassie in a heart beat though, did you peep the episode where she was all grown up? Oh yeah I’d hit that hard and make her drool eggs out of her mouth because I’m nasty like that. :badboy:

So, you’re basically saying that you are SO tolerant and open-minded that your brains have fallen out.

I like how you state things that are so obvious. You are my best E-Friend.

Well, since Pooh is the world’s most beloved bear, I figured he’d be the animal that got violated. But Pooh’s safe? That’s good to hear.

So THAT’s the bear that sano taped? Eh, I’m not surprised she’s screwing around. It’s a well-known fact that her husband is a capital A a-hole. And he beats his own kid.

All told, sano is the coolest pro-reg person. Ever.

That said, I still think the gov is off it’s rocker. Yeah, heroes running around blowing up schools would so not fly in the real world. But making a meta human a dog of the gov just because they have powers? They have to work for them? That’s just gay. What are retired heroines like Jessica Jones, who I might add, has a newborn infant supposed to do?

But enough about Civil War talk.

Since Alan Burnet is the current writer of Superman/Batman, I may start picking up the comic from isues #37 onwards.

How are the seperate Superman and Batman comics doing? If I pick up anything DC, it’s gonna be staring those two.

I have to say I’m pro-reg too but only if it is done right.

When someone wants to be a doctor, they have to have a valid license to perform surgery or people will die. When someone wants to be an structural engineer they need a valid license to build a bridge or people will die.

Heck, if someone even wants to drive, they need to register. The government needs to know that you’re competent to operate a vehicle.

If you have powers, it shouldn’t be any different. The government needs to know that the meta-human is fully competent (both mentally and physically) in using their powers.

I don’t agree with the Metahumans having to work for the government. I think it should work similar to a driver’s license. Once you obtain that license to use your super-powers, you are free to do whatever you want with it as long as it is within the law. It’s just a useful way to hold metahumans accountable for their actions.

Ordering a meta-human to register because he has powers is like ordering an ordinary human to register because he can walk. The government has no business invading the privacy of civilians in that matter. Driving a vehicle is a privilege. Life and liberty, on the other hand, are basic inalienable rights.

Vote for goodm0urning: on the side of freedom.
