I HATE 3D TV animated cartoons! I can’t feel any emotions, drama, urgency, not a damn thing from those kind of cartoons and they always look cheap to me. When it comes to the big screen and the large budgets, the extra attention to details, then I have no problems. But of the top of my head, I can name only one single 3D animated cartoon I enjoyed, Beast Wars (probably because of the amazing voice work and that music just gets you hyped)
I guess everything today is targeted at brainless audience (e.g., Teen Titans audience). That is the real reason “nothing is gonna touch BTAS”, if it does happen that such a good cartoon is not made.

From the teaser that came out, it hasn’t been a good first impression especially since I heard it was CG. But like mother always said I’d try it out and see the first few episodes whether it’s got any quality to it.

Looks terrible. Alfred got re-tooled and Katana got shit-canned after that guy shot up the movie theater, so now everyone’s on edge about having guns in a Batman cartoon.
