I get two videos stacked on top of each other that auto-play sound. They’re annoying. i understand getting some ad revenue, but this is horrible.
I dont mind ads. but having two auto loading with sound, slowing down my browser. It sucks balls.

Im getting the two stacked, auto-play ads too. Along with the usual billboard blocking recent activity.

It’s getting worse and worse. Sound ads, roll over ads, pop up ads, srk not giving a damn!
This is probably the most annoying. You try to collapse the ad and it expands. the bootleg youtube ones that autoplay and have a side ad next to it show up twice one on top of the other.
So it’s basically an expanding ad on top that covers the whole window, one, sometimes two video ads on top of each other that has a side ad while the video is playing. its one thing on my computer, its another on my phone when it starts hounding my data.
EDIT: G Star Raw Ad is uncollapsable, it blocks view of recent topics. alerts no longer blocked
These recent ads makes me wanna go out and take a bat to someone’s head.
The G-Star raw ones mess with the way the forum is displayed. I am no longer able to see any of the original posts anymore. Everything else before these were tolerable/dealable. But this one takes the cake when it comes to getting in the way with viewing the site. And there appears no way to remove it like the previous adds.
I cant read the first post of any thread because of these huge ass ads.
True. What’s worse is that the huge ad banner will hide the ad video underneath it, so you can’t reach it to mute it. Sometimes you can’t mute it even when you minimize the banner. It’s annoying when you have two of the same ad video playing a few seconds after the other one.

Correction. Ads are still blocking alert tab… G Star Raw ads are the worst, it is uncollapseable, and so huge that it blocks the new yorker toons youtube wannabe ad, so if it autoplays I have no way to shut it up.
I LOVE THIS FASHION AD, LIKE I CARE ABOUT COATS OR WHATEVER, BEING HUMONGOUS AND NOT BEING COLLAPSIBLE.

How have these problems not been addressed yet?
i dont see why they cant just place the ads at either the bottom of the page or just move the active threads/alerts bar under the ad completely instead of rollover nonsense.
also, lately the fashion ad is making my alerts bar appear at the bottom of the entire forum

this ad blocks alerts and several other options, I can’t even see the recently active thread list. PLZ REMOVE!
