Bull, I got blue and I only have a 2.90mb dl speed, a 0.52mb upload speed, and a ping of 158 ms most of the time. But my ports are forwarded, and I’m wired as opposed to wifi, so…
Given that he’s unpaid, I don’t think he’ll be hurting too much. Seriously, I’m getting tired of not finding people to play around my skill level. There’s like 1 above, and a bunch that are worse then playing the AI.
I got the feeling I’m going to need international play to find comp, and this won’t deliver most likely on that.

These guys are looking worse every day. The run-around is getting old VERY fast for me… But to post that vid as proof of the “patch” working is extremely misleading. 10 miles apart isn’t much of a test.
One player was in Glendale CA, the other was in L.A. <-- ~10 miles apart… I thought that the game looked slow and something looked off about animation but I can’t put my finger on what exactly was wrong. Knowing the actual locations of the players is kind of leading me to believe this patch could end up being a bust, despite what I thought earlier.
These dudes are starting to look like scam artists to me. Posting that video as proof that the patch works when they were only 10 miles apart is just more fuel on the fire now…

I guess thats not a real test but its still better than what I had before. I played two other people in Columbus online…we were about 10 miles apart and we were getting yellow bar lag connections. The lag wasnt too bad but it definitely wasnt a decent connection either.
just save the rants until the patch is released. 
i wonder:wonder:… will the netcode affects all SNK/Playmore games along with 98’and 2k2 um, which is coming out next year? can’t help it, im on that kof hype and always since 94’.
I highly doubt it. They didn’t even bother to translate KOF98UM, I doubt they’d put a new netcode in place.
