NESYS Card System - Setting up an account

Hi, I recently bought a NESYS card for SFIV and have tried to access the website listed on the back of the card (http://sf4.jp) from both a mobile and my laptop but keep getting:

**Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.**

I don’t understand. I’ve tried a few other sites/ways to maybe access it (http://www.capcom.co.jp/sf4/mobile/ & CAPCOM?FSUPER STREET FIGHTER IV ??T?C?g) but I’ve had no joy.

Could anyone please help me out and direct me/tell me where I’m going wrong? Your help would be appreciated!

Perhaps they don’t allow out-of-country’ers such as yourself. Have you tried drenching your browser with some slimy Japanese proxy?

EDIT: Oh, lol. I did not see the location that was posted under thy username. I had assumed you weren’t from Japan. Disregard this post of mines. :stuck_out_tongue: As for the site, perhaps it’s just down at the moment?

Requires Japanese cell phone. No way around that. Is your phone Japanese or just unlocked for international service?

I don’t know if he really is Japan.
If he is, I don’t know how long he been there.
If he there long, then I would think he have keitai.

Many thanks for the input fellas. Yes, I am actually in Japan and yes, I do have a Japanese cellphone/mobile, however I was trying to access it from my friend’s phone (which is an iPhone, hence the no show). I don’t have internet access on my phone (at least not yet…), so I guess I’ll have to get it or find another friend. Many thanks again.
