Shoutouts to Taygeta the other day (K’ getting crossed up into Tung’s Muscleman… 62 or so hits of surekill damage!) and KowTow just this night (Go Go Mai/Kim Tagteam!), enjoyable games!
Love how everyone good that I’ve fought brings something different to the table. The only strat I get tired of is “Fireball Zone for the time out!” But that’s fighting games for ya! (Plus Jin Chonrei does a good job of messing that up… love my Super Saiya-Jin Vegeta(Chonrei)/Master Roshi (Tung) tag team XD)
the only way to tell if you did it right is the meter drain when you gcfs out of it (takes a 1/4 of a bar instead of half). its only good for punishing otherwise abusive single hit moves at the start of the match when you have no meter.
What I try to do is qcf + A / C then quickly uf + B in one motion. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t I think its a case of how quicly / slowly I need to do it.
Nah I actually like Goodman’s theme the best, followed by Mizuchi’s, and the Last Resort stage. But in regards to music I personally like Apocalyptic/Final Stage/the end themes the best.
Since this game just happens to be a hot commodity right now, here are some recent casuals between me and MightyMar:
He is learning this game new like the others, he just got this game like 2 days ago so like the others he will make significant progress week after week.
MightyMar lives like 40 minutes away from me so yes these are offline.
How do you switch out of combat stance with Marco from a stance roll like in this at about 1:09? I guess I really want to know what the properties of combat stance are as far as what makes you switch back, I mean I know some moves automatically take you out of stance like the uppercut or eating. but other than I’m pretty confused. Can anyone explain?
After all these years, Geese still doesn’t have somebody that knows what they’re doing to fight against. Damn.
Hatred: those are pretty simple Kyo combos. I’d think most competent players would do them, pretty sure SieClayton used these. Matter of fact, I actually remember him showing me the B&B with fwd B > super.
