Well, that’s not me. I actually try A+B step.
My bad for not noticing that wasn’t you, sorry for not reading this.
AB step --> throw/quick A/B into D. Assault works well for just about anyone to create distance from Marco.
Hotaru, Athena, and Chonrei’s reflectors can all reflect Marco’s grenades, I believe.

Yeah, reflecting is alright in some situations but I always have to watch out for super.
Not seriously, no. Is this a problem? Nobody’s twisting your arm and forcing you to play me.
What does this have to do with you not knowing that?
More to do with the attitude. If y’all think you’re better than me because you know more about some obscure 2d fighting game, just put my account on ignore. Problem solved. You go do your thing, I’ll go do mine.
Good info, thanks. Ya, I just figured out D.Assaults and red life today, LOL. Only had the game a couple days, only SNK game I put a lot of time in was FFS.
Having trouble with GCFS, either I’m doing them at the wrong times or I’m not quick enough after them to get my punishers in. Are most C and D moves GCFS bait? Seems I have trouble connecting anything after GCFS, should I be starting combos after with a quick move like cr.A? I’m having trouble once I get rushed down, used to SF2 reversal specials.
Thanks.
Chill out, already. I wasn’t saying I was better or even annoyed that you didn’t know. It’s just something that makes it obvious that this is your first SNK game.
It’s like playing Blazblue and saying “Whoa! Everybody has airdash? That’s crazy!”
Dude…do you know how to read or is someone telling you what we type? If it’s the latter, they need to stop lying to you. He didn’t catch an attitude with you. He was merely informing you that most SNK games can combo into throws.
lmao at this entire page
does anyone know how to do those special A.D assualts? with specific teammates? i dont get that part.
yeah, don’t use em
why not, never seen one yet. thats why im asking how to do them.
If you have the game, they are in the command list.
The issue with those is that you have to fulfill a requirement to use em, like land a special move that may not be easy to combo into.
They are hardly used because for one, not many play the correct partners. Two, most chars required attacks either can’t be comboed into, or are difficult to land. And lastly, don’t offer much benefit over a regular D-Assault.
Easiest would be Kyo/iori, with Kyo up front.
From what I can tell, they all involve really specific requirements to pull off, and then you have to do them within 10 seconds of hitting that required move? Basically, actively trying to land these will put you in a mode where you’re trying to force something to happen, rather than reacting to what your opponent is doing. Wheras with normal D.Assaults most can just combo those in from crouch jabs or something. Kim can’t, but I can hardly complain lol.
it says something about ten counts during a special move, does that mean within the last ten seconds of the round or what?
You need to do it within 10 seconds of meeting the activation conditions.
so after whatever special move while d assault is active then i just do it? lol anyone got a youtube vid? that would make things alot easier to learn.

Check at 0:19, Player 2 does Sash Blade Moonwalk with Moriya (which meets the condition to start the Special Double Assault) then he combo’s into it afterwards
i got it now, i actually thought it was only in the last ten seconds of the fight or something a bit more difficult…
but yeah whats the difference between the A/D assult and just a regular qcf tag assualt? besides a bit more damage?
and whats with that hyper charge’d stuff for ur partner?
