True but I think we all know Frank is by no means bad without a high level and it is relatively easy to level his camera with some training mode time.
Oh yeah for sure, I think he’s still good. I just might not put him on my team because I like playing Nemesis on point and I think Frank will have a better chance of getting to a higher level if he’s played on point instead.
So I’ve decided that Neme would be my main for this one, but I’m having some real heartburn on team selection. So far the most effective ‘team’ I’ve come up with is just begging to get OCVd by Strider - Neme/Dorm/Sent. However I have to be upfront - I sucked at MvC3 and I suck even more as a Sent player - add in all characters being able to dunkwithout moving their arms past their shoulders, and I feel kinda ‘meh’ about the team. I think in the hands of someone better than me - the potential is high - with Dorm pinning down along with Sent, the DHC options - where each character can help the other character, and character order doesn’t stop me from being able to kill anyone in one hit. The teams I’ve looked at so far
Neme/Dorm/Sent
Hsein-ko/Neme/Trish (I figure traps would be awesome with al lthe wall-bouncing, but still fleshing out - not sold on Hsein-ko, she’s just terrible sans assist)
Neme/Hulk/Sent - similar to the first team, only Hulk is for more DHCing than anything else…oh there wil lbe super-armor…
Wesker/Neme/Phx - two batteries for Phx, though I’m not a Phx player…
Wesker/Neme/HAwkeye - Wesker is point, designed to kill any character that NEEDS to be killed, Phx, Phx Wright, Wolverine, etc DHCs aplenty - Can’t wait to see D.Phx rage when she gets KOed for simply trying to attack.
Neme/Spencer/* - still flushing this out, but I see Spencer being real useful assist wise and DHC wise.
thoughts?

I thought of something neat involving Nemesis resets, but I don’t have the game so I can’t really test it.
What you do is have Nemesis on point, with any character who’s assist covers a large vertical portion of the screen (Dante and Dormammu for example, or Shuma)
I’m going to assume we have both Purification and Jam session here. So this is how it goes down:
Nemesis tags the opponent with a combo that would otherwise lead to a reset situation. He does whatever move to get the opponent up into optimal position in the air, and then makes them air tech while simultaneously calling either assist. Both those pillars cover a different portion of the screen, and should theoretically pin the opponent down in one direction depending on where they decide to air tech. So if you call Dante and then immediately perform a tentacle grab, the opponent is either going to tech into your grab, or tech into the assist (after which they’re either blocking or getting hit, and once they stop blocking you can command grab them as they fall) see what I’m getting at here?
I’m probably missing something critical, but I think using certain assists to limit air tech will help nemesis with his resets, even against teleporters.
Just had a thought about Storm…too bad her pillar whirlwind is so friggin SLOW, but from a ‘keep pressure on’ and DHC stand point I’m liking the storm idea, as well something like
Neme/Storm/Dorm would provide both Storm and Dorm with a body that can soak up an X-factor to prevent the team from falling apart. Storm/dorm work well together as does Dorm/storm - so using Neme as pure battery might work out. I must strengthen my storm so I can test this out - I have a lame duckstatus storm (Trish/Storm/Morrigan - build meter into hailstorm (>_<) )
- :bluu:
Nemmy is not great at building meter. Awesome dhc synergy though. Even with deadly reach i could see nemmy getting lamed hard if you go with storm wind pillar assist.
No, I wouldn’t go with the pillar one, just saying that I wish it was faster so I COULD use it. Storm is really only good for her standard whirlwind assist IMO. It would put pressure on and provide time for Neme to hop over or work himself over.

Vajra + Deadly Reach = Good luck zoning me lolz.
Right now I’m messing around with Nem / Hulk / Hawkeye.
Nem / Hulk works so well together it’s retarded.
This does work in theory, however the critical point is that the opponent can possibly sustain themselves in the air or teleport, depends on the situation and character though. Good thing I alread use Dorm’s Purification assist.
This man speaks the truth not even super jumping will save you from Strider. Strider pressures the opponent to a ground game where Nemesis needs to be at.
I’ve got some ideas for a new Nemesis video coming up with assists so stay tuned I guess. lol.
Details? I’m really liking Nem/Hulk
Gamma wave is a great assist to keep people locked down for Nemesis. Then you can also use Hulk’s AA as a means of getting people off you as well.
In return Clothesline rocket is fantastic for letting Hulk get in and do his thing too.
Also, the damage is just derpy awesome. Nemesis into Hulk kills everyone with two bars, haha.
Use Vajra so you can understand what you’ve been missing out on. If a problem character gets hit by it, super -> x-factor ->kill
and if they just block it then you set yourself up for braindead kara command throws which are gonna kill them anyways
What’s Vajra?
Strider’s teleport kick
Trying Nemesis as an anchor with x-23(ankle)/Firebrand(fire wave)/Nem(RL clothesline). I was thinking Nemesis would be as good of an anchor as Sentinel, but I’m going to try him on point too.
I’m trying out a Hawkeye/Nemesis/Vergil or a Vergil/Nemesis/Akuma squad. Hmm, trying to wonder about the synergy with those teams.
right now im messing with Arthur, Nemisis, Hulk…Nemisis with golden armor arthur and hulks assist is too good
I’m toying around with “x”/ low shot Wesker and slam Nemesis, with Nemesis as my late game carry/anchor (did I get that right?).
“x” is kinda “undecided”, as I’m still trying to see who would best suit Wesker and Nem; I had some success as Chun Li (legs assist), Jill (the arrow kick assist) and maybe Trish (voltage shot).
Can Nemesis make a good anchor?
PS: My point is usually Wesker.
