I’m doing a speech on color blindness and need help with outlining the number in this Ishihara color plate
People, like me, that have red green color blindness will see a 21. People with normal color perception will see a 74. If you don’t mind, I’d like for someone who can see the 74 to outline it (neatly) in MS Paint. Thanks
