Need some help with two pics, would appreciate the help

I am going to make a custom front template for my all black AIB stick. It has a bat top and I thought what I want from these pics would match it well, if someone is willing to help me that is. I can only offer to post pics when I get it done as a reward :slight_smile: … and if no one is willing to help I will then get photoshop and completely fail at it … so please someone grant my humble request!

First image, I need resized ( to match the size/ratio of the Second pic ) and the top part to be matching the bottom part ( the smokey blending into the blackness effect ).
