Need some help on working Mame 106++

I need some help on working Mame 106++. Is there anyway you can change the language on this thing to english because its mostly in Japanese, or if you get can get a translator for it. it seems to work similar to mame 32k, but it seems more difficult to navigate with the language.

I would appreciate help on this

There’s language packs on the home page, 6th link after the “readme” link on the bottom.
“mameppk_folders-20060514.7z”

Once /lang is the in main folder, the 3rd menu up top is options (should have an (O) next to it), and the last item is the language selector.

Its a 7z file. what do I do with that?

http://www.7-zip.org - It’s just another compressed format like winzip/winrar/etc.
