How do I combo Guile’s super?

@00:25 of that vid, he combo’s Guile’s super. How is this done?
Learn the difference between cancelling and linking, then come ask questions.
That’s a kara cancel. That’s Cr. jab x2, then he does a 3rd jab and cancels it into the super, but the third jab never comes out.
