What did you use to resize and animate?
I used the site http://www.smileygenerator.us/t/gifresize/
And for animation I used a free program called UnFREEz
Does anyone know of any fighting game(excluding SF) that has “shocked”(or characters getting electrocuted) sprites?
Does anyone have a good KOF XI sprite resource? (Good meaning entire cast, and not just specific or idle animations or the like)
I recall this one Asian (can’t remember if it was Chinese or Japanese) site that had a full character select screen for whichever character you wanted to get sprites for, but I forgot to bookmark it.

Hey, I tried looking in all the sites mentioned and couldn’t find any official artwork for Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Normally they would be found on fightersgeneration, but that website is down right now. Google also isn’t yielding any good results.

There’s a bit missing though, like d +mk in air, df + hp on ground, winpose where he takes the mask off and the divekick/weaponX/Fatalclaw animations from the later games.

true. i think he’s also missing tornado claw? the one that looks like a shoryuken.
which is a shame since its one of the most beautifully animated moves in the game. the posture and the way the mask pushes against the velocity, is pretty awesome. i found the gif for it, maybe i could just right click and save the certain i want. would take a few tries but not impossible
looking at the sprite rip, most of those animations have atleast one really exceptional still in them.
