yeah, you can use photoshop to do so.
but, for the gif above, i just took it from this site:

I extracted the original and looped the first part, but I’m trying to get rid of the black background. I re-sized every part to 160x100, and it’s in total 13 frames, but I don’t have photoshop atm since my comp with the crack was trashed.
