Need help.. Accidentally delete a color file!

was trying to mod ryu’s color… but failed and did not backup one of the file

RYU_01_02.col.emz

now whenever i select ryu in blue the game juz close down by itself… any kind soul willing to help me post that file ? dont wish to reinstall.
