Somebody, anybody… help me out.
Send me a link to a sfxt ps3 save game file so I could get the Alternate 1. I know I’m not the only one looking!!!
Just copy it from your ps3, put it on a thumb drive and upload it somewhere… anyone!
I doubt there will be a file for it for a while. If you go on a site like Amazon you can find SFxT for probably 5 dollars used and buy it from there. Spending 5 dollars is probably less work and you’ll get the costumes.
Don’t people upload save files on gamefaqs?
Not gonna work. Unless you’ve hacked your PS3 the game is copy protected, you can’t transfer saves that don’t belong to your PSN account.
What do they look like anyways?
Hugo: Viking
Rolento: Plumber
Poison: Army outfit
Elena: School girl
Decapre: Don’t know what it is.
For better pictures, the sfxt costume gallery, as they look pretty much the same. (Decapre w/o skirt but a mask added)
It’s copy protected, but you don’t need to hack your PS3. Just copy a different save that is actually from your account (so say an AE save), and resign the SFxT with a PS3 save tool using the info from the AE save that you can find around the 'net. Don’t recall the actual program but they do exist.

Is there a compatibility pack anywhere or can you only see them if you actually have them?

so we can just copy that zipped file on save data and it work or is account related?
Just copy it into a USB flash drive and then copy it into your PS3, depending on your Region, and hey presto, it works. Viking Hugo is win.

Ah! I forgot to mention something, probably why it doesn’t work.
IN your USB File, make a new file called PS3, and within THAT file, make a new one called SAVEDATA. Then put the unzipped file in that.

Not as easy, need a save editor to change the account save is tied to, there. I’m used to 360, so it was a surprise this was so easy on the PS3 side.
A little late, but SFIV saves on PS3 have not been copy protected since Super.
