I just need this to be edited real fast for a friend

i need a cool black background , but not where it makes the art flair on Sagat dissapear, i still want that to be visible

then somewhere on the pic have the name

D-Lux

Fade in and out in blue old english lettering, if someone can do this i will be vvery appreciative, ill give rep as well!

is it for an AV? file size/dimensions would be helpful.

keep the size its already at, its not for an av, just a picture itself, so the dimensions its already at is good

I think I got this I’m new to photoshop but this seemed pretty easy.
