Need a banner and im an old time friend

Hey guys… No I have not come back if you were thinking that. I was wondering if anyone could make me a banner for my website that I plan on making. This would be greatly appreciated if any of ya did it for me.

Picture below of the layout and such and you come up with a banner. Banner should say P2P Programs and must follow the blue color scheme.
